Description
The Building Stack app gives property managers access to all their data, including building and unit amenities, tenant contact information, lease details and more, right at their fingertips. They can communicate with tenants individually or as a group, and send real-time e-mail, SMS, phone call or push notifications. Portfolios vacancy rates and listing performance reports are only a few taps away.
Tenants can quickly submit issues directly to management, as well as view important building schedules and information on their portal. Staying up to date with the current status of your rental unit has never been simpler.

1 ★ I give it zero stars. It won't let me activate my account. When I input my phone number, it keeps saying "we can't find an account associated with this number...contact building management to resolve your problem." Building management doesn't know how to fix problem. I have no heat and it's getting very cold. Horrible, just horrible.
1 ★ Your history of tickets disappears once resolved and are inaccessible unless provided by the Landlord which mine refuses to give to me. This app enables landlords to make their tenants suffer and unable to seek legal recourse
1 ★ It's terrible. I can't pay, see any information, or do anything. Update: The support team helped me to pay. But it's still terrible: I can't see any information, and the app doesn't save its state.
1 ★ This app allowed my landlord to illegally increase my rent! It gives landlords total control over the amount charged monthly, and does not give tenants the option to change that amount-even if it has been illegally raised 😬 Mitigation hasn't worked... now we have to go to court 👎 Not only does this app give landlords WAY too much power, it may (as a result) lead them into legal trouble! UPDATE: had to get a court order about illegal rent increase, since B.S. ignored our emails. waste of time!
3 ★ Our landlord made the app mandatory, but what's the sense of it if I can't create a ticket. I only go there to pay my rent, and read messages from landlord, but can't create a ticket because it dosent allow me to create new ticket. I was shown step by step but on my phone when I click = them ticket the page to create new ticket dosent open up.
