The Buildcloud app is incredibly easy for everyone on your project to use. No more chasing down the latest drawings or making sure everyone knows about a change to your project. Just open up the app and everything is to hand, you can manage your task lists, view drawings, site notes and photos, and quickly keep in touch via the project newsfeed.
SAVE TIME WITH MOBILE TASK LISTS
Keep every project organised with mobile task lists. Create multiple shared lists per project, assign tasks to your team and add photos to each task. Every time one of your team completes a task they are prompted to take after photos, making sure everyone documents their work.
ALL YOUR PLANS ON ALL DEVICES, SHARED WITH ANYONE
All your project drawings can be uploaded to Buildcloud, and made available online and via the mobile app to your clients, contractors, sub contractors and consultants. When you are ready to issue a drawing update, just upload it as a new version, and your updated drawing is now included in the master set. This ensures your team are always working from the latest plans.
AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFY THE WHOLE TEAM WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES
With simple and easy to use news feeds for all your projects, staying in touch and picking up errors before they occur has never been easier. Notifications and a daily email digest makes sure no one on the team misses a thing.
