Mobile Affiliate and Referral program for Real Estate and Development Solutions

1.) INTRODUCTION:

Buildafrique Partner Network (App) is a Kenya Mobile Affiliate and Referral program for Real Estate and Development Solutions, with over 20 real estate and development solutions products.
The Program was established by Buildafrique™ Consulting Group to fill the following mission:
a) To create partnerships with Career and Business Persons so that they can to become Affiliate Marketing and Referral partners for over 20 End-to-End real estate and development Solutions products within their business network, thereby allowing the solutions products to reach more people

b) To provide socio-economic empowerment to the Affiliate Partners through financial incentives, as well as provide avenues for home ownership and real estate investments through the loyalty program.


2.) PROGRAM REWARDS AND BENEFITS:

Rewards for the program are through Commissions, Bonuses, and earned Loyalties for real estate services and products.

a) Commissions are earned on paid “WON” opportunities, this being successful referrals whose customers have accepted Quotations for the work and gone ahead to make payments for service rendered. The rate of commission is 10% on revenue receive for development solutions and 30% on commissions received on the sales of property, with exception of regulated consultancy services.

b) Bonuses are earned after the 5th successive referral. The rate of bonus is 2% on revenue received for development solutions after the 5th successive referral, with exception of regulated consultancy services.

c) Loyalty points are earned after every successful business referral, at a rate of 20 loyalty points. Loyalty points are also earned after successful invitation of friends to join Buildafrique Partner Network, this being 1 loyalty point for every successful registration by the new user on the Mobile App. Earned Loyalty points are compensated through free consultancy services in home ownership and development, as well as other investments solutions incentives available in the Mobile App.


3.) HOW IT WORKS:

a) How to Register

Step 1: The first step is to download the Mobile App (Buildafrique Partner Network).

Step 2: The second step after the download is to register, and wait for SMS confirmation.


b) How to add “Customer Lead” in the Mobile App.

Step 1: The first step for adding a customer lead is to add the details of the customer in the “Customers” menu.

Step 2: The second step shall be to add the lead details in the same menu, after successful adding of the customer.

c) How to follow Progress of your “ Leads and Opportunities”

After adding a “Customer Lead” in the Mobile App, you can follow the progress of your opportunities on the “Dashboard” page and inbox menu of the Mobile App, as well as through SMS notifications.

d) How to redeem Rewards Earnings

Commissions, Bonuses, and Loyalty points shall be redeemed once they become “Available” on the Mobile App Dashboard page. An SMS notification shall also be sent once the reward earnings become available.

All available Commissions, Bonuses, and Loyalty Points shall be redeemed through the Dashboard page of the Mobile App, which shall provide access to the “Redemption” pages for further details, as well as an option for converting the commissions and bonuses into Loyalty points for those who would like to convert the cash reward into Loyalty points.

e) How to earn loyalty points by Inviting Friends

Other than earning loyalty points after every successful business referral, you can also earn loyalty points by inviting friends to join Buildafrique Partner Network through the “Invite Friends” menu. Your friends must add your PROMO CODE during registration to ensure that you earn the loyalty points.
