1 ★ Placed an order for wings and an appetizer. I had a location and pickup time. Pickup time was almost 40 minutes later. When I got to restaurant, representative said that they didn't get order. What a complete waste of time, and a total letdown expecting food but receiving nothing. Uninstalling app after this. What a crappy experience.
1 ★ Was filling out an order, had everything entered including my credit card info. noticed I hadn't logged into the app, hit the login button and it just kept acting like it was trying to connect. i gave up on it ever comnecting. So I ordered someplace else. I never hit the place order button, but yet got charged for this order. Never got a notification that this happened, until today when I saw the charge of $45.32 pending on my online banking.
3 ★ App works fine but prices aren't up to date. When it says 24 I expect 24, not 22. Which is BS by the way. Paying even more for less. The crew at the BWW I went too helped me out and got me what I thought I was paying for. App developers need to update this. Same for traditional wings too, count is off.
1 ★ This app never works. One of the worst apps I've ever downloaded. The website doesn't work half the time either so I guess no online ordering...
1 ★ This app won't even allow me to place an order for the current day, I also checked multiple OPEN locations nearby. The earliest that I could place an order is the following day at 11 am. When I was able to add items to my cart on the website, it wouldn't allow me to take advantage of running promotions and would switch the promotional day between Tuesday and Thursday. Overall it's okay, Pizza Hut has an app that actually works and BETTER WINGS ANYWAY, don't waste your time, go to Pizza Hut.
1 ★ Always get an error saying can't connect to server. App is completely broken. Reinstalling does nothing but contribute to the frustration.

1 ★ buffalo wild wings wildly removed the only things i liked on their menu, that mixed with an extremely stingy local manager who wouldnt let me use a birthday coupon that they emailed me because it was digital and he was afraid id scheme to use it again before it expired. it expired two days after and was only for 5$ off a purchase of 25$ or more.
1 ★ would give it 0 stars if I could. Can't sign in, can't add contact info, can't place order.
4 ★ Nice app for ordering take put. Sometimes it doesn't load and I don't always get an order confirmation. I call and place the order then so it's ready when wanted.
