BT Cloud Voice Communicator 23.3.3.600 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Utter trash. Crashes, don't work, buggy all the time!

3 ★ Not a bad app but there's room for improvement.

2 ★ Although this app does allow you to use your company's BT Cloud Voice phone system it is pretty flaky in operation or at least it seems to be on some hardware at least, more often than not failing to wake up ring on incoming calls, although I've not had this problem on my Huawei P20 Pro. If there is one single thing that really annoys me then it's the fact that the text of an incoming call is in an almost unreadable purple colour. Please at least make it plain black on white.

2 ★ Upgrade has killed this app. App spends most of its time offline so you wonder why you have a voicemail and you notice it is offline. You turn it in again and 30 secs later it has gone offline again. Was excellent until the end of June when it became a paid for app again. Please bring back the old version. It worked great.

1 ★ Didn't think this app could get worse, I use this to divert my taxi phones to drivers at night, since the last update we can't answer the mobiles when it rings so now as well as working all day driving I now have to sit in the office answering the phones for my drivers, honestly, do not bother it is useless, can't wait until my contract with B.T. runs out. it's costing me a fortune for something I can't use.

1 ★ Shocking! The directories don't show anyone, everytime I try to store someone in the directory it tells me I need a later version, I downloaded this one yesterday. The app is counter intuitive and basically poor. Saying that, the online administration web app makes this look A1 five stars!

1 ★ Update no longer has the option to login to call centres. Really not helpful at the current time when remote workers need this feature. Seriously BT sort it out as you have caused me no end of problems with staff working from home who now cant answer calls.

1 ★ App is just awful to use. Does not work at all on WiFi. Either calls are dropped or the app just jams up the phone and a restart is required. Can only use on 4G and it just eats data. App needs major improvement and fast.

2 ★ Seems to disconnect every time after a few minutes of chat when using on a mobile phone. When using on a desktop with Windows 10 it is very fussy about your output device used.

2 ★ Sound quality is good, but the app itself isn't great, often doesn't direct calls and obviously not looked after (almost 3 years and no update). Typical BT support (zero).

1 ★ Rubbish, CLI display does not work if via a hunt group. Older version did display number and name but now just # .. Reported error a month ago and BT are still trying to duck the issue rather than work on correcting it

1 ★ Seems to rewrite access to my camera due no reason. Even when i block the permission it seems to re-activate it without notifying me.

1 ★ If i could rate this zero i would. EVERY incoming call drops immediately when answering on Wifi but 4G seems to work ok as and when. This App is terrible

1 ★ Phone doesn't light up when calls come through, so if it's not on loud they are missed. Such a terrible glitchy app
