My name is Aroa Ruiz and we are a Pilates studio that is a reference and pioneer in the Pilates Method for families, women and motor development in the growth phase, we combine the method, along with adapted training, hypopressives, child psychomotor skills, pregnancy, post -childbirth, pre-menopause phase, we try to internalize the method so that you discover all its benefits, together or separately. Professionalism and quality is the basis of our work and the key to success in our development. Faithful to the basic principles of Pilates, we are a young team, very motivated and involved in the fulfillment of our objectives. The responsibility of leading our clients to achieve their personal objectives with Pilates rests on them, faithfully respecting the original method. What do I offer you?
