1 ★ Internet in my area has been down for 6 days. Received no acknowledgement that the area has been effected. Not given a time when it may be back up. The app's service checker instead informs you there is no area problem. Book an engineer. Good job I didnt book a weekend, otherwise I would have paid for the engineer to not show up, and to tell me its a known issue. Now the engineers arrival is sitting on my homescreen. Thank you sky.

1 ★ This app is disgraceful every time I go to log in every bloody time I log in it says every time there's a technical error start again and when I try to click on something and I go to try and click back it doesn't do anything it's useless absolutely useless unfortunately I can't give no stars so be lucky your getting the 1 star you really need to sort this out ASAP please

1 ★ App. not as described. Unable to check my data allowance to see how much I have remaining. Unable to access settings for changing internet browsing access rights (default is set for minors).

3 ★ Disappointed with Sky regarding my mobile contract. I am a VIP customer with Sky in relation to my TV and Broadband as I have been with them from the very first year they starting selling SKY TV. I have always been with Vodafone for over 20 years. Sky offered me a good contract still costing me over £150.00 per month, however this is with 3 lines and 2 x IPhone 15Pro and 1 x Samsung Flip 5 also with the new galaxy watch and the new Apple watch. I have unlimited data, calls, and messages,

1 ★ If the recent update is supposed to be an improvement, it really isn't. I've tried several.times to transfer data to my SkyGo Notebook but it won't. This means I can't access the Internet on my laptop. Totally inconvenient! What has happened and when will this be fixed?

1 ★ What a waste of time. Keeps coming up as a tech fault. What happened to sky+? Great app. Still works on my old phone but can't get it on my new phone. Sky+ works very well, bring it back. This app My Sky is useless. Sort it out guys

1 ★ Well I can't access my app as it tells me that it's a technical error and try using the link but that doesn't work either. When I ring it takes about 30 mins to get through then I get cut off so I'm pretty much frustrated with sky at the moment.

1 ★ I have just joined Sky. This is a terrible app, I sign in, and a 'technical issue ' comes up. It then asks me to please sign in. I'm going around in circles . How am I supposed to see my account? And where do I find the sky rewards and redeem them? I was previously with Virgin Media. their app is brilliant!

1 ★ Android support seems to have stopped. Can open the app fine but viewing rewards and even paying the bill sections are all blank screens now. Have to use a friend's iPhone to access rewards and pay the bill, how embarrassing. Samsung S10

1 ★ Sky TV is good but broadband is worst service ever in my life. I'm asking help since 28th November still they didn't even get back to me and they are only having chat in what's app barely talking and when day changes process from the scratch I wasted nearly 4 days in my life . PLEASE DONT GO FOR SKY BROADBAND you will struggle with the network and especially customer service

2 ★ I can't get to use order tracking. It keeps saying log out.. No idea when my sky box for broadband is coming! I'm supposed to go live on the 3rd ..Cant speak to anyone ..filled tons of questions out to chat with the bot, which is useless .I've not even used it yet and totally want to cancel the..worse app ever..

1 ★ Ok until it updated now wont let use app. Put in my email address and password and it keeps saying not authorised to uss app. Tried several times even reinstalled it still no good. Only about 9 more months with them. 👍

1 ★ Terrible app, can't even log in half the time. Asks for postcode then does nothing! Can't view bills (this page is restricted), no details of contract, upcoming payments etc..only thing that you can see and access properly is more services, I wonder why that is.

2 ★ Why is there no direct contact or email address?if I ring I just get bamboozled.you sold me superslow broadband + called it "superfast",told me i had £10 off but it's 75mbs for £30,with nothing faster available in my area.other providers charge £30 for 300mbs and under £20 for 75mbs. Also I was told that if my broadband keeps failing I can get out of my contract but you say I have 2 ring you and tell you.the time I did this wasnt registered,and obviously I used the apps outage checker instead.

1 ★ Just joined Sky, got my kit set up and connected fine. Wanted to change the Network name and password from the ones supplied and was directed to the MySky app. The options that the guides they have on the website directed me to options that are not even there. What a shambles, it's not good when something is easier to do with Virgin Media than Sky. 18/09/2023 - This app still hasn't been updated, it is unusable in the way that Sky's own website tells you to use it. Regretting joining Sky now.
