5 ★ first thing me using and it was super easy and fast. A few times the video chat seemed like we were going to disconnect but didnt. The provider was very polite and courteous. Will def use again!
1 ★ Do not use. They are having troubles with their systems and insurance is not being properly stored and billed. This has been confirmed with several customer reps and a supervisor. I've been working with them for four months to resolve this only to be sent to collections.
5 ★ Very convenient. My Dr. Office was closed today and this took maybe 5 minutes for everything. The doctor was very nice and helped me with my problem. I will defiently use this service again.
5 ★ So much better than taking my sick self to a place with other sick people, risking catching something else, and being miserable the whole time. Plus, this is open 24/7 and is half the price of a physical visit.
1 ★ Attempted x4 times to get a privider each time ended in "internet disconnect". I waited forever each time in line only to ve dropped and start all over again due to disconnect.
4 ★ Very convenient and easy to work with. It'great for the flu or a cold to prevent spreading an infection. First time using the app and I will definitely use it again.
