4 ★ Have to log out and back in every time I open the app. But they made some big improvements.
1 ★ This app is terrible. It will not sink with my son's baseball team. Calendar is blank and does not update with teams schedule. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work. I contacted thier support team and got no response. Don't waste your time with this app!
1 ★ Every time you go to login you get errors. Then once you finally get in it times out then gives 502 errors. All around not a good app. I could go on and on but I have better things to spend my time on.
1 ★ This is by far the worst team sports app out there and I've used many It took several hours, yes hours, to get logged in and synced with my childrens teams. Since my husband and I both need it on our phones but have 1 account it constantly logs you out and gives errors when we try to get in. There is no easy help or password reset button to troubleshoot. For all the money we pay, a decent app should be a no brainer!
2 ★ Unstable and finicky on Android. Inferior to SportsEngine or Teamstuff. We've paid you thousands of $'s in registration fees. The app needs to work. This is the mobile era. The mobile first providers are about to eat your lunch.
1 ★ This app is so difficult to use. I can't see my team, the schedule, anything most the time. Adds hours to the work I have to do for coaching
3 ★ Too many login, timeout, 502 errors. I really hope you are working on this. Our organization spent a ton of time setting everything up with your website and app. Also, you can't update events from the app. I get it is free, but you take a fee from registrations and it is pretty cheap advertising for you. I credit you that there is a lot built in, but it needs to work consistently.
1 ★ I'm only using this app because my son's T-Ball and Soccer recreational leagues post the schedules on it. Lately it has been a sad excuse for an app because all I would see are 400 and 502 internal errors when I tried navigating through it. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app and it seems to work ok now. If there was an update why didn't the app update automatically or at least notify us that there was an update. A very user unfriendly app and would never recommend it to anyone.
1 ★ Just terrible. We've been forced to use for a few years now and I think it actually gets worse each season. Constant issues with logging in and out, error codes (502 & 400), crashing, etc. Even if it did work the interface is non-intuitive and clunky. But I guess that's a non-issue since it doesn't even work at all anymore..
1 ★ Doesn't recognize my password now. Logged in fine yesterday and can log in fine on the website. When I could log in it was hit or miss whether or not it would show team information.
2 ★ It was a great app last season, but this season it's been giving me a lot of trouble. Nothing seems to load right and just throws a 502 error.
2 ★ The calendar sync is terrible. Events set to wrong time that doesn't match the application. Duplicate events showing in my calender.
2 ★ Good in theory, but almost never works during the actual season. Sometimes it will let me log in and do everything I need to do, sometimes it will only show one city's teams (we currently have boys in 2 different city's leagues), sometimes it won't even let me log in. It is so, so, so buggy. I don't know if their servers just aren't sufficient to handle all of the users, or if the app is poorly coded, but frankly right now this sucks. Time to bookmark the website versions for the two cities, and just use that while these guys get their act together.
1 ★ Get a "timeout" error all the time regardless of what I am doing in the app. "Team app" is a much better solution without the errors.
1 ★ App stinks. I would give negative stars if I could. Constant error messages. Website is worse.
