4 ★ Some difficulties but that was due to me using an email not associated with my PayPal. Once that was figured out with support, everything went well & I received my rebate quickly. Customer service was great, friendly, & very responsive. I recommend anyone using this to set up a PayPal acct in advance if they don't have one. Would like to see all rebates go this way. It's quicker than by mail & some of those, after postage, are hardly worth the effort. With a few tweaks this could be a great app.

1 ★ I have a rebate that I have been trying to get and BYBE will not send me the code I need. I have emailed and tried calling with no help. Horrible app, service and customer service!
1 ★ I redeemed a couple of offers but is not working anymore. I recommended this app to a friend and she put a wrong phone number in the registration process and the only way to change it is by contacting the developer by email and she did so but but never got an answer. EDITED: Looks like the developer didn't like my review because he didn't say anything. It might be because he's still working on the update for a few months even when he keeps saying that it will be available "this week".

No mailing and rebate gets lost, just process as soon as you get home from shopping and that way you don't forget to do it and don't have to worry about misplacing the receipt.i turn mine onto Amazon gift cards -in just a few clicks I have bought myself a gift card with my virtual rebate. Let's drink to that!!
