1 ★ Can't login. This service is the worst. Military members used to be able to see a person face to face to ask questions and get information. Now we have to resort to speaking to an online help video. They want members to stay in the military, but they're doing so much to make things worse for the member. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

2 ★ Previously I could use it, then it started giving a vague "there was a problem, please try later". I tried later for an entire week with no success on two different Android devices.
