Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.

5 ★ I will suggest you a feature that you should adjust the speed of animation (light) with the speed of internet connection for example if the internet speed is more than the speed of light increase and if internet speed is less then the speed of light decrease.
