This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

1 ★ I hate this app.runs slow letters aren't sending right away if sent at all.I sent one picture one time and ever since it won't even load the pictures to see them to send them it's so ridiculous&needs to be fixed!!Yeah after going through all the other comments,Nothing has been done so obviously costumer care/service isn't a thing.Is it because we are talking to inmates so no one gives a damn!!!I have friends with kids that need this to work and have for months fix the bugs/problems‼️‼️6/17/21‼️
1 ★ I've had more problems in the past month with this app then I have the entire time I've been useing it. I cant get past the loading page and when I do (and that isn't often) I open the mail and can only read the first 3 lines of the email. This is my only way of communicating with my husband. Ive Uninstaller the app and reinstalled and nothing works. My friend is having the same issues I am on his phone. NEEDS FIXED!!
1 ★ Useless since all the updates. Unreliable, emails aren't being delivered or received like before, if at all. Sending emails has proven useless. This was a good product but is currently more frustrating than having nothing. At least with nothing you have no doubts about what you have. Please stop updating and just FIX this disaster.
1 ★ I wish I could give more stars. Because when I normally can use it. It fantastic but lately it logs me out won't let me log back in. I tried to install the install and nothing. Im over it. I have to go to my email and log on from their.
1 ★ It's fine to put money on but there are to many bugs, half the time it won't let you use the other features and it crashes constantly. Update 5/25/2021 This app is just horrible, it's always got something wrong with it, it constantly tells me I have a network error but it's the app not my phone, it kicks you out constantly and sometimes it will take forever to send or receive mail. It's very disappointing.
1 ★ This app has really gone downhill. It constantly kicks me out of my account and then tells me I don't have my info right which I know I do. And then it constantly says network error. Like my husband is in prison. This is our main source of communication but all I deal with is problems with this app. Yall really need to get your act together!! This is starting to become really ridiculous I pay for stamps and media and everything just for the app to not work? Umm no not good service at all
1 ★ Used to work great, can't even get it to load so I can send my brother some money. Keeps telling me I need to enable permisson?! I don't know what their talking about. I've been using this app for years and never had any problems until todsy I guess ill look for another app
1 ★ With so many reviews stating this app erases emails and such I think I'll stick with the webpage instead. I was thinking about using this app for my mail and such but it seems as though the developer didn't see a lot of bugs, or just wasn't intelligent enough to understand how things interact. To those that use this app all the time, maybe going back to the webpage on a computer will help you. If the app is having this many issues I'm sure not going to entrust my card info on it either.

Every time I try to use it which is often, all I see is a blue screen that says jpay and a circle that just goes around and around and around!!! I cringe everytime I have to use this app. I'll be so glad when this person gets out of prison so I never have to lay eyes on this app AGAIN... YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 ★ Site is constantly having trouble! Frustrating! I just spent an hour writing a Christian brother, just to have this app erase everything! Error, error! FRUSTRATING! Some fool suggested that I close the app and restart it. And loose the hour of typing! FOOL! Garbage, is what is going on here! Monopoly, that's what they got going on here. This is the only way I have to stay in contact with my loved ones and this app is working against me. FRUSTRATING! You know that I have better words for you Jpay
1 ★ I am unable to contact my son using this app. It's been 2 months and several bug fixes. I was finally able to get into it to read messages only. I type a short reply and it says maximum characters exceeded. So I type hi and try to send still same.message it wouldn't even take 1 character. This needs to be fixed for some family members this is the only way to connect with our loved ones.

I took one.* App is mediocre at best Half the time it doesn't refresh, I no longer get notifications for mail, neither I nor the recipient gets half the mail we send or it arrives several wks late, and the video feature doesn't work at all. Trash App. Fr. The money and stamps I have wasted here are ridiculous. And those of us who have to use it are truly being exploited because this is our only option.
3 ★ It takes awhile for any messages to come through. It could take days until I get messaged through. It's terrible! I wish when an inmate sends a message, we get it right away. Not wait for a long time before we get them!
1 ★ The app takes forever to load when it does load. Then it wont let me into my account. Makes it where i have to set up a new account. I have to use the website to log in. Very frustrating.
3 ★ Most of the time this works just fine. Use to not seeing email on the weekends due to lack of staff. But lately I send emails and it takes from two hours to 4 days to be received and his emails are very slow to get to me no matter how long they are. VERY frustrating since this is the only communication that we have since the phones have been out for the week.
