The App requires the Background locations service(Geofence) to Auto Check-in the guest once they reach restaurant and inform the guest to create a seamless experience for the curbside pickup function and dine-in function.

2 ★ Marginally functional. I have successfully ordered food. Since they do not default to adding cutlery, the restaurant forgets to add it about half the time, even though it's selected. The user interface is BAD. Currently, there's a one day only gift card sale, but the screen to choose and add a gift card does not actually have any option to add the card to your cart. Then it teases you that you forgot to add a card, but the screen where that should happen simply doesn't work. Amateur hour.
2 ★ Honestly the app is fine but has some major glaring problems. One of the biggest ones is if a restaurant decides to shut off mobile orders. Ours does this rather often and when they do that you can't even view the menu so you can plan out what to order by phone. It takes you to a location selection screen. Speaking of location selection that's a mess as well. The search bar says you should be able to search only by zip code but it doesn't actually let you. You can only type in your full address.
5 ★ I love the app. It's super easy to use. If I am in the mood for the same thing I ate last time I just have to click twice. A few bugs need fixin , but I'm sure they resolved that with the new update.
4 ★ App works great!!! Very easy to navigate select an order what I want. It'd be very nice especially in today's age that I could just pay with Google pay on the app like many other apps. I don't like having to have my card information on all the different apps. But great App great restaurant!!!
2 ★ I had a bad experience with the delivery company that delivered my food (the food was very cold and very late because the driver stopped three times before reaching my apartment.) I seem to have no place to report this or contact chilis with feedback... I guess I'll stop ordering from this app. Buyer beware.
4 ★ Edit: App is working now. Pretty easy to navigate. Wish there was a way to inform staff of food allergies from app. Surprised that I have to type in my card info instead of scanning it. Otherwise, good app. So happy to have curbside! Tried several times to place my order and kept getting net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. Had to call it in. Employees were nice, food was good, app is useless.
1 ★ Used this app flawlessly for a couple of years. Today it forced me to update, and now it will not allow me to do anything beyond Choose Location screen. No matter what I click, it takes me to Choose Location screen where it already shows my current location selected. I have tried choosing other locations. I have logged out and back in. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Whatever this update did, it's terrible and it lost business.
1 ★ Newest update 6/18 still flawed. The "I am here" option crashes app. Have to walk in to pick up order. New Update 6/8 will not load. When opening app, it gives a pop-up window saying to update, but when it brings you to the play store it only allows to you open and brings you back to the update window on app. Tried uninstalling, still has pop-up. Other than this latest issue, app has worked fine.
5 ★ Excellent App! It is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Very nice selection to choose from. I've always had great food and service using the application. 1 ★ No issues with old app but now it keeps saying updated version available. I click on Update Button. Takes me to app in Google Store, just says uninstall or open. Click on open and just keep getting same Update message. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Same thing, so I can't use the app.
1 ★ Right now i am having trouble. I go to the app it tells me to update and u can't get out of it. I clicked update it took to the app store it has open and uninstall Brings right back to where u started. I even checked my updates and it wasn't listed. Ashame, We order from the app at least 2 times a week. Is anyone else having problems?
4 ★ I can't get passed choosing my location to order. Going to uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps anything. Last time I tried to order, I had to go through the website. Update: still cannot get passed the location part of the app. Will not let me select anything unless I want to call. DONE with this app
5 ★ Love the ease and assecableness of ordering curbside through the app especially during these times, it makes it extremely easy for us to eat at our kids favorite place without the anxiety of them getting sick.
1 ★ My previous app needed to be updated in order for me to use it. When I pressed update it said updating but the wheel just kept going around and around and it never updated. This went on for 5 minutes then I just quit the app. Of course now I can not use the app because it's not updated. At least the old app worked!
1 ★ The app keeps telling me that there is an update and routes me to the Google play store, where there is no update. So it is entirely unusuable at this point. The app came out the 8th today is the 9th of June 2021. I hope it is fixed
