Quote opportunities are given in residential, commercial + strata from property + facility managers, property owners + tenants looking to have both small and large tasks completed. These can be quote opportunities, direct work orders, or you can even be found by setting your status as ready to work + being able to accept jobs from the marketplace - where clients can see you on a map, check out your profile + you get the job just by being in the are simple. You can also see any jobs near you, if you are in the area + are looking to quote on some additional tasks.
Quotes opportunities are great but you still need to tools to manage them.
With Bricks + Agent you can add any job from any system whether they come from our platform or from any other source. You can use the same app to generate quotes that automatically turn into invoices once a job is marked as complete, you can schedule all of your tasks with calendar invites + reminders sent directly to your clients. With smart scheduling we can help you determine the best, day time + route for your job and if you are running late we can automatically let everyone know in your schedule when your new ETA to their job + when it is time to start travelling to the job a map pops up for your and your clients so everyone knows when you are going to be there.
Once there you can check in, re estimate the time needed, start the timer, be reminded of your next job + when complete, take pics + videos to attach to the job, grab a signature on the app + mark it complete. Then off to your next job + once the work is approved your invoice is automatically sent, so you can focus on your craft + let us take care of the rest.

1 ★ Slow, unintuitive, clunky & with the bonus of rude (see response 4 example) , unhelpful support staff & unanswered privacy concerns galore. Interesting that they say in responses that they have 1000's of users each day yet only 5000+ downloads; Like a few things with this app, it doesnt add up. Happy to let you know that if you don't like it you don't have to use it - if only it were that easy. Condecending & rude. UPDATE #2 the phone is fine, your software is the problem. Recommended specs??
1 ★ Forces you to update every time you use it, doesn't remind real estate so ive had stuff sitting there for literally months before, but forced to use it. Not super user friendly either

1 ★ When a job is lable urgent i kinda expect it to be fixed with in a few days not weeks. A broken window in my 2 year olds room is not okay and needs fixting asap

1 ★ Terrible user interface. Its just way more simple to email my agent with the problem and add pictures. I fail to see the benefit of this app. *edit in response to developer comment: Before my agent switched to Bricks + Agent, composing an email request with photos took less than 60 seconds, now I have to give location, photo,video, and file permissions to a third party app, create an account, then use a series of text input fields and drill down selections to find the service I'm looking for.
4 ★ Finally I can log property problems to my property manager without a call or email. I have been waiting for 4 weeks and my property manager changed in that time so they had no idea about my property problems. I just put all my issues down on the app so they can get them all fixed was easy and quick. Hopefully with this app they will get them all done.
1 ★ Useless, doesn't let me enter a free text service type when creating a new job. Also FORCES you to take a photo before you even see the list of available service types, then only to realise the service I need is not listed. Uninstalled. Update: 10th November, just tried it again, and it still does not let me enter a service type which is not listed. Uninstalled again.

4 ★ took a while to get used to all the changes, but after some "learn time" very easy to use. love the contact info and photo uploads . can be a bit slow to load sometimes.
4 ★ App did not work at all, but after being contacted and after some troubleshooting by the team was resolved by a release to support older operating systems. Good support.
4 ★ Edit: 1 - 4 stars. Got a follow up support call and fixed the password issue. Leaving a 4 star for now until I have fully tested the app.
2 ★ Look I'm already salty that I had to download this app because my property manager made me, but after only downloading it yesterday I'm already having to download a 70mb update just to open the damn thing Edit: after updating I'm also having to login again. I fail to see how this is easier to use than sending a 30 second email.
1 ★ I have tried to set up my account but it either does not accept my email address or if it does it wont accept my password Does anyone know how to fix this?
