What's new in Daydream Launcher 1.04
1.0.3: BUG FIX! I am very sorry about the bug some users reported! There was one word missing in the last release. This release fixes the bug, as far as I have tested. If you could change your reviews, I would be most grateful. Also, I can respond better to emails (Email Developer button in Google Play), so I can track down issues faster. Thanks, and sorry again.

Download the latest Daydream Launcher application, version 1.04, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Personalization app is developed by BrianCo and is easy to download and install.

Description
Now, there is an easier way simply to launch Daydream, right from your home screen, no matter if you are docked, charging, or neither. Just press the icon, and Daydream will start.
I have heard a few people ask for such a shortcut, so I made this; if you have any suggestions or problems to report, please email me. Also, this is ad-free and requires no permissions.

5 ★ Started using daydream recently, but with the way my phone is set up, I have to turn it on manually. Thanks for making this. Every now and then, I need an app that "does that one thing (with out any pointless fluff)" and it doesn't exist. But, for once, it does. Thanks again
2 ★ Since there is no adequate info or description, I give 2 stars because it does not even stay on. No explanation given. Does work, but screen turns off anyway so what's the point? Is this really a preview for daydreams??
3 ★ This solved my problem with wanting to start daydream at my desk without having to plug it in every time. I used an NFC tag. I'm currently using the Quotes Daydream. This would've been a five except it always launches the daydream in Portrait mode regardless or orientation. Daydream itself will change. Why does this app force portrait?? Great app other than that.
1 ★ Refuses to open, crashes everytime on my Galaxy Note 3, Note 4, or Samsung Tablet. Maybe the developer should note in Play Store that this app is not compatible with Samsung devices? Jus a thought.
2 ★ This looked like exactly what I need, and I'm excited for when it is fixed. However, using the Verizon Note 3 with Themer as my launcher (if that matters) I can't get this app to launch. I only get 'Unfortunately, Daydreamer Launcher has stopped.'
5 ★ I use it with Locale to activate Daydreams when I'm at my desk at work, but not when the phone's charging on my bedside at night (when I want the screen off and dark). Perfect.
2 ★ The daydream launcher seems to force closes everytime I try to start it. Have disabled desk home and enabled daydream>Google Currents and Daydream does not start when I start this app. Pressing 'Start Now' on Daydream Settings work. On Samsung galaxy S3(GT-I9300) 4.2.2 XXFUME7
1 ★ Must not be compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7. When I click to open it in the Play store or Apps, nothing happens. Uninstalling. It'd be nice if this app wouldn't install on devices it's not compatible with. Good luck
4 ★ Works 80% of the time. Sometimes it just won't trigger. This is on note 2. Those with rotation problems means is most likely your launcher doesn't support landscape. Root and try xgel.
2 ★ Using a Samsung Galaxy S5, doesnt start, always gives out the error: "Unfortunaly, Daydream Launcher has stopped". Using Go Launcher EX. 2 Stars for the idea.
5 ★ Developers that completely negate spyware and adware are 4 or 5 star ratings by default. Good job mate, this hits the spot and I'll probably buy the extended version soon.
