1 ★ Trying to reach help. Pretty clunky
1 ★ Why does the app need access to my location? The fact I have a valid library card should be sufficient.
2 ★ App suddenly stopped working on the My Account feature. Uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, no luck. Keeps telling me to clic kOK re data plan, I do so, and it still won't finish installing on my Galaxy s7. What is up?
1 ★ I can't sign in. Only sign out. No way to ask for help.
3 ★ This app would be greatly improved if there was a way to switch from viewing items checked out and on hold faster.

2 ★ Sometimes this works great and then it's buggy!!! So frustrating since I need and use it daily! Today it will not allow me to put a hold on anything, instead it just takes me back to the log in, over and over... wish you guys would do a major overhaul update! I've even showed the librarian and we both scratched our heads in bewilderment- yet, I was told "it's not our department". Whose is it then? Sure hope someone who can do something is reading this. :/
