Description
Performing calm breathing exercises can help with variety of situations:
dealing with stress, asthma, panic attacks, relief of chronic pain or just
daily relaxation.
Breathmix contains 2 products in 1:
Box Breathing
In this powerful relaxation technique you breathe according to a predefined
pattern (4-7-8 for helping falling asleep is a famous example of this) . The goal
is to sync the heart rate with the breathing - reaching heart rate coherence / resonance.
In "Simple mode" the app allows you to set a breathing function of your choice
with the following features not always found in other places:
★ Decimal accuracy in inhale, exhale, hold and rest periods.
★ Adjustable breathing depth based on lung capacity.
★ 3D widget with touch gestures to fluently adjust pacing and breathing depth .
★ Session timer.
★ Audio and vibration cues.
Heart Rate Variability Coherence Trainer
The second product inside Breathmix is the HRV biofeedback trainer.
The end effect is the same as in the box breathing technique
but here the heart rate is measured by a sensor and an algorithm adjusts the breathing pattern.

5 ★ I have been looking for a Heart Resonance app and this one worked well until it started burning my finger. The samsung S9 has a stress tester that doesn't burn..could the app use that tool? I'm giving 5 stars because it does work for short sessions and they are on the right track. Heartmath costs much more.
5 ★ Has all the required settings for HRV biofeedback resonance breath training, including decimal accuracy for inhale, exhale, pause lengths. Sounds are relaxing unlike other apps. Visual cue is relaxing. Timer and pause button. Well done!
3 ★ Beautiful breathing app with nice visuals and audio options. Unfortunately I wanted to use it for the biofeedback but my finger overheats quickly. Would definitely buy if you add support for bluetooth pulse oximeter device.
4 ★ I like the simple mode and find it helps calm an relax. Unfortunately cannot get the resonance measurement above 20% at any point - not sure if this is my lack of breath ontrol, a problem with the app or my phone.

5 ★ Is wonderful, paces breathing relaxes heart muscles. Check blood pressure after 15 min. session you will be astonished. I use this and my crushed garlic bulb in lemon juice everyday.
