2 ★ I used this app once . Service was good and fares are sooo good and reasonable but app has many glitches . Is is stuck and asking to turn location on while its on . I just find very difficulties using this ap now
2 ★ Service is good, app is trash. P.s: Glad to hear from you. Couple of points for your developers. 1. Make map more accurate 2. Driver's app freezes, we have to wait 30 minutes sometimes 3. I need to signin everytime I open app. (It works fine on my wife's mob) 4. Imrpove signin, profile, signup functionality 5. Sometimes rides are not found in any places. 6. Map navigation needs to improve a lot. Driver get wrong directions and we need to tell them where to go, all the time, I am dead serious.
1 ★ Whenever I tried to sign up and enter my phone number it doesn't proceed, app stop working and shud down everytime.
4 ★ The app is good. But kindly fix ur bug as its time doesn't work. We don't know how much time is left for driver to arrive
1 ★ Very poor support and service. Expected Fare was 253Rs. Driver was fast even no stop but still 370Rs. mean they are showing they are giving 100rs cash back but they are charging it with cheap tricks. Don't use it guys poor support even driver cancell ride any time. Expensive than other services available.
1 ★ Extremely pathetic App. It crashes down whenever I open it. Everytime, cars are unavailable, tracking system is poor. Desired Locations haven't been added to pickup and dropoff. Why this app is launched if cars are not available? Huh Disgusting
1 ★ .I think you don't have cars with your application. .Worst app I think still under construction. 😭😭😭 Captain didn't find any clear FAIR price from customer, ○Captain or let say driver call the customer and asked the customer what is will pay for the end destination, Sorry for my comments, but realty is realty, mape dose not exist when customers request came, I hope this is will be helpful for your app
3 ★ It's 5th time happened to me that I booked a ride and app showed "no boss found" and when I am travelling in Uber I receive call that I have arrived at your pick up location. Today I booked a ride thrice and all times I revieced a response "no boss found" and same thing happened.i have even updated my app but no use. Please update your app and remove the flaws.
4 ★ Dear B4U Cabs , Your map is not working properly. When ever I select my location through map its show wrong location every time .the selected boss would come on other street .plz fixed this problem. Still same problem .plz make the pickup & drop off location accurate
1 ★ Very pathetic service ...boss takes extra amount and doesn't add in the wallet... Customer officers are unable to return the extra deucted amounts. Etc

2 ★ This app have very problems according to locations . Many location are not available may be and the one main problems is drivers, yes drivers they cancelled too much rides after one by one . I think there is no one to say them . Note if you're late or have any emergency dont use this app.
1 ★ Worst app.. it always says boss not found. And if fortunately u found boss then boss will cancel it after wasting your time. And the worst part is u don't have facility the to contact them. U just have to use your credit to call or massage them.

3 ★ Good but with android 11 latest mobile of vivo v20 is not supporting to make a call to captain its mean your application is not compatible with Android 11
