Description
The user will no longer have to worry about how and where to store emails, documents, attachments, notes and wikis related to each ticket. MyTickets facilitates its creation and management.
Each ticket becomes a collector of information. For each ticket you can quickly and intuitively create emails, documents, notes and wikis.
MyTickets is not just a simple ticketing platform. Oriented to the "Industry 4.0" and to the "IoT" it allows to visualize and manage alarms related to the most varied application fields.
The section dedicated to the management of "Alarms" is directly connected to the "Ticketing" platform and exploits all its functionality and potential.
MyTickets in the "Statistics" section allows you to view different graphs.
