1 ★ Just installed on Samsung Galaxy S7. Registration crashes the application every time I try to enter the verification code. Rebooting the phone does not help. Not a good first impression. May have to switch back to Kwikset.
1 ★ Doesn't work after recent updates. Crashes every time I try to use it. It's been this way for months. I was being patient, hoping for an update. Nope. This app is useless. Therefore rendering my smart lock useless.
1 ★ camera is okay, not the best but this app makes it almost worthless. any video on event history will not load most of the time. therefore just a waste of storage space. worked just a bit better before update. whatever changed. change it back!!!!
2 ★ Backed the project. Had and still have high hopes... the app constantly crashes, though. I love the features but... with how much the app crashes... makes me apprehensive about the security the device is supposed to provide.
1 ★ Why does this app keep asking for permission to access my phone camera, take pictures and record video? This makes no sense. I will need to start looking for a better product.
1 ★ Without the app the smart lock door is useless I have a Samsung note 9 and the app isnt worming can't connect to my wireless network and the auto lock is so huge that i can be 50m of my building and the door still open, come on not everyone lives in house there are also apartments!!!
1 ★ Up until this last update the lock worked great. Now it won't calibrate and keeps locking when the door is open. May need to look at another smart lock if this doesn't get fixed.
4 ★ The redesign is great and makes navigating a little easier. Still want to see quicker access to the things you use the most, faster.
3 ★ When will I be able to use this with Google Assistant? Hey Google! Lock the door, unlock the door, is the door locked? Unlocked? Etc....
5 ★ I love the bosma products. I have the Smart Lock and camera and I just love the way they all run they're so easy to use
1 ★ New app design is horrible NOTHING is working. At least before I could semi use the damn lock. Fingerprint wont light red or blue at all now even after resetting. Lock firmware wont update to 2.1.2.8 I think it Is... always says failed after downloading. And yes bluetooth is connected I can do a calibration. Got locked out 3x now since app update. Even physical key failed 1x to open lock as motor held shut.
3 ★ The developer mentions dark mode, but I don't see it in the app. It would be nice if there was more details in the notifications, so I could hide the auto-unlock service notification without turning off all notifications.
1 ★ It's just one problem after another. No batteries in the lock yet somehow the app is seeing it. Can't calibrate the lock because the gateway keeps going down. Very frustrated
1 ★ Total failure. Would work when it wanted. Unable to unlock door without forcing.
2 ★ The device feed takes forever to load in the app usually about 60-90 seconds which is pretty weak. every couple days it just disconnects for no reason and I have to unplug and plug it back in again. It's quite frustrating that the OS is not stable. It looks great and when its working it's great but these glitches and lack of dependability really make this product an overall disappointment. I still have yet to put an SD card in. Hoping that solves the problem.
