1 ★ I guess you should reconsider the app layout & design.. Images are too small.. Scrolling and going through the item is too slow(comparing it to other supermarket shopping apps).. + I chose the english language as an option.. but when getting in; items' names and descriptions are in arabic.. I'm a loyal customer to Panda hypermarkets.. but it's really disapointing when it comes to online shopping.

3 ★ Now not working properly, the weekly offers and promotions page can not be displayed and always showed not found on the server.

1 ★ The app doesn't work for me. I tried to sign in but the app just keeps trying for hours then would ask me to sign in again. When I request for a new password and tried to sign in with the new password that was being sent to my email, it would say I have the wrong password. When I tried to order without signing in, no pictures appear on the list. Bad app

1 ★ Not user friendly, many steps. like u cannot add the products directly to cart, instead u have to create a shopping list folder and add to shopping list first (Well to add each items to shopimg list u have four steps, (1. click on the products, 2. Click on add to shopping list, 3. Click on shopping list folder, 4. Click done) then go to wish list and u have to select all the added products again from the wishlist and it reach no ware. It is just annoying a lot. Needs lot of improvement.

1 ★ It literally doesn't work at all. After waiting a long time and then u finally get to the search bar and type something it shows everything everything except what u want. The images are small and the font is too small.

1 ★ Weekly offer book not load every time and not any good option for submission any problem. Need to upgrade support options....

1 ★ There was no english translation for the app, takes a very long while before the app opens. Hope you find a solution for this, i inderstand too that a lot of people now are depending on online shopping especially for us expats (single females).

2 ★ Very sluggish! The app is very slow, and some content does not display, I wish you take a look at the Carrefour app, much better and cleaner user experience.

4 ★ App is good but pet food category is not there. It would be convenient for pet people (like me) to buy pet food online because of busy routine. Hope Team Panda will respond positively to the suggestion.

1 ★ App is super slow. Takes alots of time to load the pages and items. Developers need to work on this HUGE flaw as its wastes alot of time.
