Booxi’s Check-In mobile app was designed with this in mind, offering you complete control of the number of people coming through your doors for store visits, or allowing you to scan booking confirmation at the door. Offering both your customers and staff a simple way to do check-ins.

It’s now easier than ever to check-in customers at your doors. Manage in-store traffic and avoid lineups, or scan confirmations for an event. Using Booxi’s check-in app, customers can easily book online to your business’s event or store visit, without ever having to install any application.

Managing your in-store traffic is now a necessary step to take for your business, but it’s also important to provide customers the flexibility to book in advance, thus reducing their wait time and providing an agreeable experience amid today’s customer expectations.

Tracking who is present to your event, or controlling that each customer has a reservation is now easily accomplished using the booxi Check-in app.

Booxi’s event check in app has 2 modes:
1. Group event/workshop/class check-in
2. Store Traffic Control Check-in and Customer Count

After your customers book the event, they will receive an email confirmation with a QR code that they will show at the event check-in. Use this app to validate their booking at their arrival. You will also be able to see if there were any comments they submitted during their booking after scanning the QR code and address them.
