1 ★ Overbooked, and horrible call center experience. The app said everything was confirmed and fine. When I got to my reservation they said they didn't have a room available even though I booked weeks in advance. It took more than two hour on the phone and I still don't have a resolution or a place to stay. Update they ended up not helping me find a place to stay and just hung up on me.

1 ★ Another fraud company on level 100. In their terms it says free cancelation, then there is no such and option on their platform. The booking showing canceled but they still attempting to charge my card few times. Trying to delete my card details! Nope. You can do that on their platform. Feels like i booked a flight to Zimbabwe and my money took the flight instead of me . Scamers

4 ★ Pretty decent app. For the most part it does everything it's supposed to do ^_^ I would really love to see a button along the bottom or some kind of shortcut to view my messages/correspondence from booked hotels. At the moment you have to go to the saved booking and click send a new message, it's not intuitive, and a bunch of extra clicks to get to that area. Otherwise no issues with the app at all.

5 ★ The best place to book hotels. I've stayed in hotels for 90 days out of the last 365 so I know what I'm talking about! Filtering by keywords in reviews really helps you select the most affordable but least dodgy property! I'm at genius level 3, so I get a discount off almost every booking. Always the cheapest worldwide. Please add a filter for lift/elevator (Expedia has this under accessibility) I suggest users filter reviews by most recent. Check for noise and poor maintenance of rooms.

1 ★ I am a Level 3 member and regularly use the app for travel. Unfortunately it looks like the Genius discounts are not getting applied to some stays. When I search the location up online I get offered discounts even as a non-member that I don't get via the app. Disappointing and makes me question how many of my recent stays I could have had discounts applied to.

2 ★ It used to be great... Currently my experience is worse. App says "no extra fees" etc. but the property description says that a deposit is required for possible damage coverage. I'm really "pleased" after being Booking customer for years, that my profile is not enough to convince. Another thing, I switched to another app for my discount code, and when I got back, Booking app resets and the same property is now more expensive because of stupidity of algorithm. My discount code is now useless.

4 ★ I'm changing my review from 5 to 4 stars. I have been using Booking for many years and was very satisfied (you get what you see, filters work great, reservations and communication with hosts trough app were easy), but when it comes to customer service, Booking is very ignoring. They answered me 5 days later to say they couldn't do much and to let them know if I had any question. I replied instantly and never got a response from them. Also, the review I left on Booking was clipped.

2 ★ The app itself and when trips are booked without a problem, it's not an issue. But if there is an issue with your trip, good luck.. Their support agents are so siloed, you get pinged around different agents after every interaction. I have had to repeat myself 6 times to 6 different people. EXTREMELY frustrating. Please sort out your support system!

5 ★ Easy to navigate and brilliant for booking. Easy for communication with proprietors of properties. I particularly like the translation option for bookings abroad. The ability to cancel prior to stays is excellent as you never know what might happen. We've been caught out a few times and saved £££ with the cancellation option. All in all a very satisfactory app.

1 ★ When it works, it works fine. But the customer support is some of the worst I have dealt with. They have made all efforts to be uncontactable when trying to speak to a human, with no phone option, no email, no live chat option, and only a message function. Even then, when replying it sends you to different agents who have little ability to help (not the agents fault, entirely the company's fault). If you're gonna use this, it will be an overall good experience but expect things to go wrong.

1 ★ Terrible costumer service. I spend like 3 days emailing with a few costumer service agents because I want to cancel a reservation and I can't, I literally can't find any cancelation option in my reservation. They didn't help me at all. All of them told me (like robots) to go to the confirmation Email and look for the option, but IT'S NOT THERE and that's what I'm trying to say. Very dissapointed.

3 ★ I have had the unfortunate experience of poor wording on the payment screen that implied a later payment rather than an immediate payment. While this is but a blip on an otherwise reasonable app, small oversights like this can taint the overall experience. Please do better. I just want to add that I called customer support and spoke to Mark on the Philippines team. He was awesome. Need more like him, take note.

5 ★ We have always had good experiences. Easy to contact hosts. Clear way to communicate etc. I have heard some problems but we have only had good experiences . definitely recommended.

2 ★ mostly it was a good app but we got ripped off trying to cancel a hotel and the people at bookings couldn't care less and sided with hotel and then chose to remove my 1 star rating on the place we tried to stay which cost 800 dollars for nothing, so don't expect any help if things go wrong

1 ★ Do not use this app..... Once initial payment done they ask you for more money on visit if you do not give them they and say you want to cancel they will not return the money that was already paid... Not able to connect with customer support...worst experience. Update 1: the automated message askes you to connect to customer service which does not work. The website does not have phone number or mail with them.
