1 ★ Honestly being in the barracks sucks enough. Now imagine being bored and wanting to watch real TV and the company that supplies your internet doesnt actually supply the TV you pay for. Oh also their customer service is a joke. They lie and say technicians are on their way to fix our barracks wifi "tomorrow" but I guess they meant the other tomorrow because they haven't shown up. On top of that an entire company of at least 100 people called for a week and the same reply was "Tomorrow." For an American company they sure don't look after the soldiers that are already overpaying for a service that doesnt work.
4 ★ I'm going to start off by saying I am not a fan of Boingo. Not even a little. When it's down, the company doesn't seem to make it a priority to fix things. Their customer service has been nice, but only mildly helpful at best. Worst of all they limit you to 3 devices with the option to pay $10 each for a 4th or 5th. Now all of that garbage aside... This app is decent. It does what it's supposed to, and I don't know why people are complaining about it. Yes, I would rate the parent company 1* or 2*, but the app itself is at least 4* in my opinion. Not flashy, but it works.
1 ★ Not only did this app have to be closed several times before taking me to the login page...but it also would not let me login once I got there

4 ★ I see a lot of people saying they can't log in, you just have to login on the internet and accept the tv option in your profile they the app will recognize your profile when logging in
1 ★ Keeps telling me my username and password are wrong after multiple changes 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 don't waste your time
5 ★ I like it. It works just fine for me maybe these guys complaining just have shity phones.
