The EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™ is a professional meal planning, food and activity logging tool that can only be activated by an authorized doctor or healthcare provider offering this app as part of their weight loss or wellness program.

How it works:

Your personalized meal plan, grocery list, daily caloric goal and weight control goal are first setup on your web cloud account by your doctor or healthcare provider during your initial visit to their office and then pushed to the EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™ app. Using your assigned username and password, you can then login to the EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™ app to access your prescribed meal plan. From there, you can create and view your grocery list, log foods and activities and track your daily caloric intake or calories burned during activities.

With the EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™ cloud account, you can also login online via a web based portal. Whether you login on your mobile device or cloud account, all data is sync'd up and down. This logged information can be viewed and monitored between office visits by the doctor or healthcare provider who is managing your weight loss or wellness program.
