Description
Offline Maps
• High-resolution & based on OpenStreetMap (OSM) data.
• Updated monthly with the most-recent fixes and additions.
• Adjustable font size of the labels for better readability.

Offline Navigation
• Turn-by-turn voice-guided driving directions with alternate ways.

• Automatic rerouting gets you back along your way, even offline.
Drive Offroad
• There is an option for choosing the type of bike to build the perfect route, given the pavement (road surface): road, city, touring, mountain (MTB), trekking or gravel bikes.
• Plan an off-road overland trip in your 4x4 vehicle (quad, ATV, UTV, SUV, jeep) or moto, relying on topographic data in order to avoid trickier terrain. Find trails, campsites, adequate gas stations and other destinations along the route, even during an offline mode.
• The trip monitor shows the orientation (compass), accurate speed in mph, km/h or knots units (speedometer), distance (odometer), bearing line and azimuth during the trip. The app collects data from multiple satellites orbiting the Earth.
Synchronization
• Seamless sync your data across multiple iOS/Android devices as long as they are authorized with the same account.
• All the data such as saved places, recorded GPS tracks and created routes will be synced on all your devices on both OS platforms.
GPS Tracker
• Track the exact location of your phone & tablet real time.
• Record your footpath even when the app is in the background.
• Monitor detailed statistics of your ride: current speed, distance, time traveled, altitude.
• Choose from seven solid track colors, or altitude and speed gradients.
Offline Search
• Incredibly fast – results appear instantly as you type.
• Searches simultaneously in multiple languages, making searching easier than ever.
• Search in a variety of ways – by address, object name, category, or even by GPS coordinates. Supported coordinates formats: MGRS, UTM, Plus codes, DMS, latitude & longitude (decimal degrees (DD), degrees and decimal minutes, sexagesimal degree).

3 ★ I've given this app 3 stars for the following reasons: I like it on my SD card and not on my device as it can take up quite a bit of space. Every time I update it gets put back on device and it then deletes all of my maps. This sucks because on a trip you cannot afford this. Please fix this! Your app is five stars, but this issue really kills it for me.
5 ★ I am using this app for more then 4 years in very complex environments around the world. I have to say that so far never get lost, and that is the reason that would like to recommend it to all, professionally and for fun as well. Even tested it during the flights and it works, however have to sit next to window. Few times lost all the data, but needs to be synced or with gmail or fb. Two thumbs up for developers.
5 ★ My favorite mapping app of many I have tried. Very easy to use. One unique feature is a quick distance between two points by touching both points at the same time using two fingers (would be even better if it gave you a bearing too). Very simple to organize tracks and waypoints in folders. Also, l am an apple and Android user so I have it on both devices and the data is synced between the two!
5 ★ Came here after the maps.me being transfered between companies, infested by trackers and ads along the way (kind of Cheetah situation back then..). This app seems solid, has just the right amount of functions (not too much, not too little) and works smoothly. No weird DNS requests in the background or other weird stuff. The best one I've found after looking for months for a solid offline map app with frequent updates. Kudos, dev!
4 ★ The best,and fastest map software I have tried so far. Guru maps can handle large kmz/kml files, which would make other apps crash. I love that you can install your own maps. But I think the installed online tile maps should also be synced, just like the bookmarks etc. The only thing I miss is to be able to draw lines by clicking on the map. The record button is great, but I also need to be able to "draw" the lines. I currently use Sweden Topo Maps for that task, but I hope Guru implements this.
5 ★ My favorite offline navigation map. Good clean UI. Intuitive and with most of the features I need. I like the most how responsive it is with almost no lag even on slower and older device. Love using it. As more features are added over time it will only get better.
4 ★ Sometimes the map updating process can not actually update the maps. Sometimes the maps can get corrupted during an update and they will need to be redownloaded again from scratch. Apart from that the app is ok, i like the features and the UI , just wish that the map updates wouldn't break the offline maps, even if it happens rather rarely.
3 ★ This would be great if the Android version was updated to include all the features of the iOS version. Potential to be a 5* app with it's slick intuitive route editing, and fast small file size maps. Shame updates for Android are not more frequent.
5 ★ Upgraded back to 5 stars as the curl error on downloading maps has been fixed, but still think there needs to be a clearer option to switch between offline and online mapping other than clicking city hiking etc. But once u know it's fine. Great app.
3 ★ This is my second time writing about this app. Just as before, this app is a great app. The support team are great and get right on the problem if there is one and fix it quickly. I gave the app 5 stars last time but I have only given the app 3 stars this time. The app is great I use it constantly and have other responders using it as well. But now with such a high price for the app. I can no longer recommend the app to the new first responders in the area. They price themselves out business.
5 ★ Great app. Have used it worldwide for both walking trails and roads. Just fabulous. Reliable high quality and always reliable. Have also had the need to contact support from time to time and they've been fast and professional. Guru Maps pro .... First class.
5 ★ Love this app bit this year my map trails are all gone would like my trails for maine available to me
1 ★ This app does not work on my Motorola phone - neither free nor Pro versions. The off-line maps have a white grid when zoomed in and the app crashes often. I am hopeful I can get a refund from Google. The developer never responded to me.
4 ★ Best offline map. I would love to see tracks elevation/time and elevation/distance graph, also and option to "join" 2 tracks. It would be great also be able to download track directly from gps device via Bluetooth.
1 ★ Been using it for a year now and i was really happy with the app. But have put a lot of data on the app and yesterday when I opened the map all my Data I have saved on the map the past year was all gone.
