Download the latest County application, version 1.11, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Polly McEldowney and is easy to download and install.

Description
Super simple user interface, with a big friendly number to tell you what row you're on. Tap the screen at the end of a row to count up or down. The phone stays awake while you're on the counting screen, so you don't have to keep turning it back on again.
App permissions
County 1.11 APK requires following permissions:
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ Clean app that does what it says it does. I wish there was an option to allow the phone to sleep, though, so it doesn't drain the battery.
4 ★ The paid version has corrected the problem with the missing menu button. This is my favorite counting app!

5 ★ This is easy and does exactly what it says it will. Would be very helpful to have two counters (split screen) working simultaneously to count an increasedecrease section repeat while counting a pattern repeat at the same time. Thanks!
5 ★ Awesome little app, helps me keep count of rows in my knitting. I know it's a small file size, but I wish to see it be allowed to move to SD card.
1 ★ Most android phones don't come with a default menu button anymore. Without it on screen all this does it count up. Pointless.
5 ★ Love this counter. It allows me to count pattern repeats and rows at the same time. Numbers are big and easy to read. Works great on my LG Optimus V.

5 ★ Love this app, use it constantly. I just wish I could change the time that my screen stays lit at 100% otherwise not a single change :)
4 ★ Like the simplicity of this apps, quite help me count a number of stitches in crochet. Specially when I do a circle one. But, I wish it'll let me set the number of stitches per round til 100 or more stitches. Most of all, it's a really handy apss
5 ★ Works very well and surprisingly helpful. The background is black to save battery and it doesn't ask for much memory at all. The permissions are very modest. I definitely approve.
2 ★ Used to love this app, but sadly now with my S6, there is no menu button, so I can't change any of the settings or reset it. This needs to be fixed!
1 ★ No reset or menu button? What? I have to tap the screen 100 times to get back to zero! Fix this and I'll reinstall and change my rating. Until then I'm off to find a new app!
