1 ★ None of the videos will play on this app!!! Every single video stops at 00:05 into the video. Extremely frustrating. Please fix!
2 ★ It's a good app for taking your temperature , how ever it doesn't tell you what that temperature means unless you pay for prime , you also can't check most stuff unless you pay for it
5 ★ I was having the weirdest set of log in trouble after the most recent update. I was stuck in a loop of log in/this user already exists; this device is already registered/ getting punted to the partner code page. 1 day after I emailed support, they got back to me and helped me trouble shoot over email for an hour straight. We're both still not sure what finally clicked, but I'm finally back in my account! Many thanks to their dedicated support agent!
5 ★ Works, does what I need. I love the Bluetooth thermometer. I have been taking my BBT for about 16 years and recording in Fertility Friend. To use the Bluetooth thermometer, you have to use their app. It works great and interprets my cycle accurately. There are a few annoying things in the app like getting points to try and make it "fun" but whatever. I use the free version of the app as I am very experienced with charting.
2 ★ After recent update, app keeps crashing, not logging period, and messed up all my BBT. Find a back up app
2 ★ I paid for premium subscription last month and the app has been working reasonably well. This morning it has completely ruined my data. All my LH results and BBT doubled up and threw things out. I am currently 1DPO but the app now says 3DPO. Now the information in the analysis section makes no sense and contradicts other parts of the app. For example it says I took LH tests up to 16th June then stopped but another part of the app shows I took them to today which is correct. Will be unsubcribing
1 ★ I've never put my account details in this app and then one day it took out money from my bank account. I would like a refund because its unfair that I have to pay for an app that I haven't used in months
5 ★ The app used to be amazing. It could accurately predict my periods, and finally got my ovulation timed right. But now when I try to take my temperature it always says "Network Not Found" while I'm using my wifi. I can switch my phone to my data and it will kinda work, but then it doesn't save my temp for that day if I go back to wifi. It's been doing this for weeks now, and I'm ready to cancel my Prime membership because it's so frustrating. Edit: Devs fixed my issue and now it works perfectly!
1 ★ I used this app along with other apps but this was my main one. I purchased a subscription and an expensive thermometer and all of a sudden I get logged out, lost all points, and logs. I no longer have a subscription, points, or logs. Can't log in to see any information.
4 ★ I gave 4 stars because the app just wasn't for me BUT customer service was wonderful. Prompt responses to help with issuing a refund. I paid for the prime membership hoping to get more customized information. Unfortunately that was not the case. A lot of very generic information even after cycles worth of data. If I was using a free version I would totally understand that but I paid for prime and hoped for something catered more towards me.
4 ★ My only irritation, and reason for not giving this app 5 stars, is that there is no option to delete incorrect information. Once submitted you can't change it. Everything else is great but please can developers look into this? Many thanks
5 ★ Currently using femometer as a form of natural conception. I have severe endometriosis, PCOS and only one ovary so coming off all hormonal contraception was important for me as I want to be informed of what is actually happening with my body in the lead up to trying to conceive. The app can be a little tricky to get used to but has so much useful information, is super helpful for what I want it for and gives me a good idea of what's going on with my body. Will continue to use when pregnant
1 ★ My system logged me out and now it refuses to acknowledge ANY of my emails or my phone number as having an account. I pay for a subscription and use this app religiously. Nothing I've tried in the realms of restoring my account has worked and I've now lost going on three years of data and thousands of point... I don't know what to do... every email I've tried fails, and I only have one phone number.. extremely disappointed I'm no longer able to use the app...
4 ★ I love this app except for one thing... it doesn't show all of my pictures when I'm trying to upload a baby bump photo... It's really frustrating cause I take the pictures on my phone (usually on Snapchat) and then upload them on this app, but it doesn't always show the one I need. Fix this glitch, and I'll change my review.
2 ★ This app used to be good, I have no idea what happened. It no longer works really all it tells me is network not connected. It won't tell me why, I tried restarting my phone. I tried Uninstalling and then reinstalled. Still the network not connected issues. I can't do anything with this.
