Steps for hourly rental taxi booking or cab ride :
1. Select your pickup and drop location respectively.
2. Select your pickup time and package (in case of hourly rentals). You can book 45 minutes to 48 hours in advance.
3. Select your payment method.
4. Confirm your ride. No need to worry about driver cancellation.
5. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination, refreshed. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
Steps to book airport taxi services:
1. At the IGI Airport, head to BluSmart Pickup Zone at Level 2, Multi-Level Car Parking (above Uber and Ola Pickup zones) at T3 or walk over to the BluSmart kiosk at T1 & T2.
2. Generate a PIN instantly from the kiosk or BluSmart app. Or use the one generated during the ride scheduled.
3. Get into the first available cab and share the PIN with the driver.
4. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
5. For pickups from the Bengaluru Airport, schedule your cab, enter your destination & voila!

4 ★ Charged me cancellation fee for no fault of mine. I tried cancelling hours before the. driver was assigned but the app kept throwing an exception message and dint cancel the ride. Explained the entire issue to customer support as well as in a complaint but they didnt reverse the cancellation charge of 100 rupees. POOR APP and POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT Reply to the response: At least give the correct email id. You guys are just making it worse! UPDATE : Satisfied with the final response and resolutio
1 ★ over priced, no credit card payment wallet holds money that we don't use (stop being Starbucks), no change or addition of destination. No on spot cab availablity, no point having zero cancellation if change in destination not available. No point saying fixed price if it is already extremely high, no point having ecars if charges are already surged. Too complex and useless
5 ★ Please stop the annoying ads with sound. In the night I was trying to book the cab for the next day and all of a sudden the ad started playing startling me and everyone near me. Edit 1: It's surprising to know the developer team don't know that they play their own ads. Edit 2: I have sent a screenshot when the app started playing with a loud sound to your email ID. Edit 3: I have already sent the screenshot to the mentioned email. Please rectify it at the earliest.

3 ★ I am a SENIOR CITIZEN- used the rides. Tried to suggest BLUE SMART - to provide phone number to request ride - when INTERNET IS NOT AVAILABLE in some areas. Faced the situation on my last ride at AIIMS and was forced to use other operator. It was very painful situation. BLUE SMART wrote back - NOT POSSIBLE.
1 ★ Pathetic experience , we pre booked the cab to railway station , but inspite of that driver did not show up on time . On calling the driver said it's not his fault that the company had given him an airport pick up . The driver was rude . Not a reliable cab service . The money is refunded to wallet , but what is the use when the customer is not satisfied with the service and I would definitely think twice before booking this cab.
1 ★ The service is good, but the app is so awful. Why do you feel the need to blast a goddamn ad at full volume into my ear when I'm already about to use your service? Can't your app just shut up and let me book a ride in peace? There's a concept in user interface design called get the eff out of the way and let the user use your app. Fire your team and hire people with some sense.
1 ★ The app is crashing everytime I give a new address into the destination. Something wrong with the app. The update is not stable. I have tried to dleted and reinstall the app ..but no good.
2 ★ Service is good. well maintained and clean cabs. professional drivers. charges are on the bit higher side. They dont have major city coverage. Airport to Anekal they support only booking at their counter but not on app. Thats is pain. Uninstalling as I cant use in Anekal.
5 ★ On time. Polite and professional drivers. Neat and comfortable cars. The beauty of BLU SMART is commitment. These bookings are NEVER EVER cancelled from BLU's side. LOVE BluSmart for being Environment-Friendly, saving immensely on Carbon emissions.
4 ★ I like this service. I find the cabs are usually clean and the drivers are polite. I find this much safer than any other cab optio . However recently as the service is getting more popular I find that some of the drivers are not that polite. They definitely do not open car doors for you as the app claims, some do not even help with luggage unless you ask them to and what I find annoying is that if they are early they call up and tell you they are waiting. That puts a lot of unnecessary pressure.
3 ★ Highly professional drivers. Unlike ola uber where you end up paying over 1k for an airport ride in bangalore, and still have to face problems like ac not being on, and taking detours in order to save the highway toll, blu so far has not disappointed yet. Drivers usually arrive 45-60 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Cabs are clean. Update: usually unavailable when you need it. Better to book well in advance just like flight tickets.
1 ★ Blue Smart is creating a pressure on cab rider to compelete multiple cab rides per day. This policy from blue smart is too much riskly as drivers would try to complete their target no. of cab rides and to do this cab drivers are not stopping for a minute for pickup and are even overspeeding on road which is way more risky.
4 ★ Edit: Not able to book rides anymore since my paytm wallet can't be linked despite repeated attempts. Older review: Great cars and great drivers. Much bigger cars than Uber/ Ola. One thing you must keep in mind is that you need to book rides in advance, more so if you plan to travel during peak hours. Hope to see their fleet grow.
1 ★ I have been using Blu for a month now. Took 9-10 rides. The rides are too expensive. Their price is always higher than uber Go and Ola. I wonder if they are electric cars they should have been cheaper as compared to their competitors. Unfortunately they are doing wrong marketing of being cheaper.
