1 ★ I canceled a item and requested my money back, spoke to two customer service reps and both said they would refund my money, 2 months later still haven't refunded me my money. I all about customer satisfaction and they failed me. Hopefully my experience helps you with your decision on if you should join or not.

5 ★ Fingerhut has helped me building credit along with 2 credit builder loans and Montgomery ward credit. The app is wonderful! I would like to see more options for your fine jewelry section....

5 ★ This is a great way to buy things but beware of the high interest, 30%. Also, the monthly payments are very low to stretch your payments out over longer which results in higher interest amount paid out over time. They report to the major credit bureaus and I have purchased a couple large appliances happily using this great, expensive company. Long history and great customer service.
5 ★ I have used this app on several occassions and have not experienced any issues to date. It feels like a small extension of the main website. I have been able to do anything on the app that I have been able to do online, including shopping, paying my bill, etc. I am not really sure where these other comments are coming from, but, it has be proven that approximately 90% of all computer problems circlesl back to user error. Just saying. 😳
1 ★ This app is junk! I go to get on it and all it does is take me to an all white page, no letters just white blank page. Cant pay my bill, cant shop and cant brouse items! Worthless! Waiste of space and data on my phone!! I want my data back this app robbed me of by running in the back ground and sucking up my data!! ..
2 ★ I cant make simple payments thru the app...I can shop and do everything else...payment info or options are blank never load but again all t u e other features seem to work ...something that is supposed to be helping is more frustrating then helpful...I don't think ill be dealing wit this again in the future ill pay my tab and be done...
5 ★ Haven't really had a chance but I did use them a long long time ago when the kids were little and everything that we ever got through them was always quality stuff we never had a problem with it
3 ★ Avoid buying anything using your credit, best to just use them to boost your available credit. Fingerhut prices are horrible and they prey on poor credit consumers by keeping you in debt to them continuously. If you want more credit they tell you to spend $X amount to keep the "temporary" credit increase, they also hound you by email and mail telling you, " You have available credit!" They want you to rack up a huge bill, they do however give people with poor credit alot of credit.
1 ★ Really sucks limited access and Fingerhut will not get my buisness. Since they descrimanated against me and my visual disability and refuse to send me a paper catalog that i can see. I really struggle with seeing online stuff. You have lost a customer. I was a costmer in past and so was my mother in law and mom and lits if friends amd family. Which after accounts are settled with many of my friends amd family you will also be lossing business with then too.
3 ★ I have not been able to order anything on my Fingerhut account in quite a while it keeps saying that there's an error with the the Fingerhut app there should not be an error every damn day and my app is updated this is BS
5 ★ Easy to access in paying my bill like that you give your customer the option to pay by card or checking account thank you for the easiest way to access my account
