1 ★ Download and jump through all hoops requested, wait while wheel of death spins saying looking for provider after first page said 5 were available, then got message session expired. Soooooo tried again with exact same results, this app is garbage. Wasted 45 minutes waiting for this to work would be quicker to drive to urgent care.
1 ★ Will not even being to load. Gives me an internet connection interrupted message. Please try again. Everything else is working on my phone that requires internet!
4 ★ My video wouldn't show, but I could see the provider. I didn't know how to fix it.
5 ★ Fast easy way to get yourself diagnosed for things that aren't that emergent. Took no more than a half hour in the comfort of my own home.
5 ★ Virual Visit was great talked to a Doctor right from my couch. This beats seating in the doctors office and emergency room.

1 ★ Do not use 1st available doctor option! You'll make it to the front of the line for a doctor then the app will automatically move you to the back of the line for a different doctor so you can start waiting again! 2nd attempt, waited till I was next in line - another hour - then the doctor declined my visit and went off-line. If you love frustration use this app, you'll get plenty of it.
5 ★ Even though the first provider I had scheduled for my daughter never showed up, my personal visit was great!! She was very professional, listened and gave me several helpful suggestions. I'm scheduled to see get again next week--I'm looking forward to our next visit!
1 ★ The video won't connect. Ever. The last 4 appointments I have had it tells me that I am connected, but the doctor fails to connect. I've tried different devices. I've tried cellular network vs internet. It just doesn't seem to work. Very frustrating.
5 ★ First time using and it was so easy! Once you signed up you were show a list of doctors, pick, wait, seen. Also provided with list of services though the app.
1 ★ Waited for over an hour and got bumped backwards in line twice. I ended up cancelling out because of the waiting time. Need more doctors available at the same time.
5 ★ So handy! I feel awful and bring able to call in front home was so nice. Friendly Dr and with insurance it cost me almost nothing. Thank you!
