Description

We live in a world of 3 spatial dimensions, but mathematically there is no limit to the number of dimensions there can be. Rather than explore all of them, start small in dimension three plus one. HyperVision lets you explore what a cube in four dimensions is like. This object is known as a hypercube. As you rotate the hypercube in 4-dimensional space, it appears to shape shift, but it is always the same 4-dimensional shape. A 4D object has a 3D shadow, just like a 3D object has a 2D shadow. When the object moves, the shadow changes shape but the object remains the same.

In HyperVision, you can rotate the hypercube in 3 dimensions and 4 dimensions. You can also view it in 3D by using 3D glasses or by going cross-eyed.

2 ★ It is just for toying. And not good on manual rotation and dimensioning. It sets itself to default after a few seconds of manual rotation. I cannot set other higher dimensions after the 4th dimension. Make it better.

5 ★ This is brilliant. The lines do not overlap (for once) forcing the 4d into 3d so you can appreciate the effect better. I'd used the double image with my vr headset and although tricky to spin, is worth the effort. Well done app creators. Appreciate this.

5 ★ I think it's quite useful and awesome but is there any way you can maybe create some of my own 3D hyper-offset/4D models since there's not really a custom 4D model creator/veiwer or maybe a debug/developer mode or option that would be great thanks
