Bliss increases happiness, motivation and effectiveness with scientifically proven techniques from top researchers.

5 ★ This application has kept me so grounded past a few years. The gratitude exercises are the best. Easy to understand, you'll never regret having it with you. I am so grateful. So many features offline, can't get any better.

Save to cloud or Google drive should be there People should be able to use it even if they change phone. I would like to revisit the rating after few days hoping you have added it to enhancement

5 ★ This is a fantastic app. Theres all these prompts to use. Its the first app i bought while looking for a gratitude app and i will forsure be sticking to it.

1 ★ There is no way of deleting your user account for this app once you have created it. Heads up for all you privacy geeks out there. You cannot do it in the app and you cannot contact anyone. This is not okay in 2020!

4 ★ Simple yet effective. This app allows me to maintain the journaling part of my morning routine with ease. I thoroughly enjoy the different options. The one feature I'd really love to see is the ability to make custom templates. There are a few different exercises I'd like to add (fear setting, object writing, etc). I could obviously write these in another note pad, but for the sake of simplicity I'd like to be able to keep them in one place. I feel like this would take the app to a new level!

4 ★ Really liking this app with positive exercises which really help to focus my thoughts on the positive. I think it would benefit from a reminder system to encourage the activities to occur regularly, and I also think it would be nice to have an alternative calendar format, as lots of entries make the interface a bit busy.

5 ★ I love this app. It has soo many meaningful, helpful, and engouraging prompts/sections to fill out. It gives great explanations and examples for each section/prompt. I am also really glad that these features are not hidden behind a paywall. It would be nice though to be able to add titles to each entry instead of just going by date (eg. I wish I could title my "Honoring People" entries with the person's name that I am writing about.) Overall, this is one of my favorite apps.

5 ★ I normally do not review apps but this one is truly extraordinary. It provides a solid foundation the user can build on to improve and reimagine their life. In this world of new lows and negativity this little app allows a person not only an escape but the opportunity to clearly outline a positive future. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
