1 ★ Pengalaman saya, baru saya install dan coba aplikasi ini beberapa saat yang lalu. Bisa dikatakan, aplikasi tidak berjalan cukup cepat (slow responding) serta terdapat beberapa masalah seperti next/previous page yang terclick 3x sehingga jika ingin kembali harus click page 3x juga. Interface untuk user baru juga mohon diperhalus lagi, mohon untuk mempermudah user dalam pencarian barang. Pengalaman : saya search di kategori pulsa, kemudian saya click pulsa tsel 100rb, nyatanya ketika diproses lebih lanjut, aplikasi masih meminta nominal yang saya butuhkan(100rb), sungguh tidak masuk akal.
4 ★ Pelayanan sudah cukup baik. Nmun perlu ditingkatkan lagi dengan fitur2 yg lebih memudahkan pelanggan saat mengakses aplikasi seperti mengecek barang saat diluar negeri. Mungkin ada masalah pada autentikasi dengan google play. Dan perlu di update lagi tampilan appnya sehingga kelihatan lebih sederhana dan fleksibel juga tdk monoton
