Features:
- Very light-weight application, tiny install

- Supports SMS & MMS types of text messages, including MMS via email
- Reminder feature (persistent) for a keyword match for multiple senders
- Works great for scenarios where sender has different numbers each time (If your work for example sends texts from different numbers, but all begin with 712######, then just enter 712 as search string in ContactMatch to get a match
- Can enter search string to distinguish sender(s) (Contact # or email), then apply rules against (either email if coming via email, or phone # if coming via phone). Since it's a search string you can use just a partial # such as an area code, or domain name from email, etc (Could set to get persistent reminders for all email MMS texts sent from your work, for example).
- CustomContacts show a red Notification icon, while all other texts show a green icon
- Select actions for text from custom sender: Ignore only this sender, Only alert for this sender, Alert for everyone
- Spam filter option - prevent alerts for numbers with 6 digits or less
- Select custom sounds
- In-app volume control seperate from other system volumes
- Vibrate option
- Notification LED: blinks green for default senders, red for a match

Notes:
- Every phone and carrier is different, so make sure to test first!

- Within App, go into Menu Options to get Help or App info including versioning
- If you are having trouble with getting CustomContact to work, open a text from the sender you want to apply the rule to, select their message to get to message details or try to long press their actual message & click Details (differs on each phone). In there you should see the raw "From:" field. This is the field the app uses to search against for the CustomContact. Should be either a phone number or an email address.
- If you still can't figure it out, please send the Developer an email, along with the Logs (Menu Options->Email Logs to Developer)

4 ★ After trying multiple free alternatives, this was the only app the would work with Google Fi sms relayed messages. I only really like this for its function, not it's design which is ultimately not intuitive. I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to filter messages based on keywords, and how to ignore messages that weren't not(?) being ignored. So I basically tried combinations until it worked (it worked!). As far as options go, this is the best for Fi users, but expect a learning curve.
4 ★ Been using this app for a long time. Very good for my requirements. Only issue I have is sometimes the alerts wont stop even after I check my text message. To get it to stop I have to force close the app.
1 ★ Update: Un/reinstalled at request of publisher. Despite loosing all of my settings, it still crashes continuously and is completely unusable. I'm switching to something else. Recently broke. This app used to repeatedly page you until you clicked on the event. Now it only rings once and does not continually alert you, which is important when you are sleeping or away from your phone momentarily. What is the reason for this change?
3 ★ Edit: Revised my rating down to 3 stars since I just found out that if you plug headphones in, it only plays the notification sound through headphones, despite all other android notifications not doing this. Emailed the developer and there didn't seem to be any interest in fixing it. Will go back to 4, possibly 5 stars if this ever gets fixed. --- App works great and does everything I want it to do. I would prefer if it would consume the SMS and play its notification instead of taking over all notifications though. I silenced the default and only have it notify on my contact matches and it seems to work well that way.

5 ★ Works well, does exactly what is says on the tin. Ran into some self made problems, contacted the maker and got the issue sorted. This app allows me to never miss a message (Even if the phone is on Silent) you can set the app to over ride your personal settings so that you never miss an important message. I am a volunteer for the Mountain Rescue, so missing a call is not an option!
5 ★ I am on call for my job (IT). This app is a lifesaver. Best part is I can filter out certain words so I know some alerts I get from servers are junk.... I used to use SMS!Alert but it stopped working when I got my gs5. This was an much better replacement, so I'm glad my other app broke. So worth $5. No need to carry a crappy pager and no worries I'm going to open a critical incident ticket or page from work.

5 ★ Update to previously mentioned issues below. Developer provided great support and helped with the settings. Keyword match had to be disabled for if left blank, all contacts will trigger a match. Samsung galaxy s3. Plays chosen ringtone though it cuts it off after 3 seconds per ring (not abig deal). Works perfectly once you figure it out.
5 ★ I've tried a few different pager apps and I chose this one. I had a few questions and the developer was very responsive. This app has a few more options than some of the others and it still remains easy to setup and understand. This will ring my phone even when the sound is turned off and repeat until I clear the message. Just like a pager and exactly what I needed.

5 ★ After downloading the pro version I found it didn't do quite what I needed so I contacted the app developer. Within minutes he contacted me back. He has now made all the changes I needed to make the app perfect! Very impressed!
