4 ★ Ive been using Blacklane Services for over 5 years now; Definitely 5 Stars on their service, their vehicles and their professionalism. I have had First Class reservations canceled on me before, but they were up front (24 to 48 hour notice) and got me to my destination via "Business Class" each time. I have seen an increased limitation on origination and destination points; 4 Stars here. And the App used to work flawless, now I get an error message when entering an address;3 Stars here :(

5 ★ This is a review for the service more than it is for the app itself. I booked a ride from the airport and it couldn't have been simpler: I selected the airport, put in my flight number, and they organised everything else behind the scenes. The driver looked up which terminal I landed at, and 10 minutes after I landed he was waiting for me in Arrivals. The service was impeccable, the car was clean and modern, and the driver was friendly and professional.
5 ★ Reviewing both app and service. I've used the service dozens of times over the past couple years, for airport pickups domestically and internationally. I love the total price transparency and no-nonsense booking. Pick-ups have been flawless even when my flights are delayed. App is clear and logical and actually easier than the website in some ways. Yes, the service is a bit pricey but worth it. Note: if you're booking for a third party, be sure and check that box!
1 ★ Horrible service, they canceled my booking one day before the schedule, at evening. Without any big explanation. They said, sorry we don't have any car available. Good luck.....
5 ★ Very easy to use. Used it three times in the last three weeks. Buenos Aires twice and Santiago on the way home to the airport We had a lot of luggage due to a cruise and land trip for three weeks, so opted for the Van/SUV size vehicle. Drivers were very professional, vehicles were immaculate and new. This was our 4th or 5th time using Blacklane. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again on our future trips.
5 ★ Always a pleasure after a long transatlantic flight to have a first class company waiting there for you with first class service. I have never had any trouble with the App and if you travel anywhere in Italy this app is a must. I know with this app I am able to get prima classe any time. It is always something I look forward to when I get to Italy.
5 ★ Blacklane is a fantastic car service , great cars, drivers, service - the one thing that let's the whole things down is the App - you cant live track the vehicle - for me this is important when booking for business colleagues. I also like to track my own journey when I am in the vehicle for safety reasons to make sure I am on the correct route.
1 ★ I had a 6am pickup scheduled, with my 2 young kids to get to the airport. No one showed up. Turns out, they had cancelled it the night before and notified me via email in the middle of the night. No phonecall. No app notification. I had to scramble to have my elderly mother drive me. In the snow. We barely made our flight. NEVER AGAIN.
5 ★ I've used this car service a few times and they have consistently been very professional.... and the app is very user friendly. Rates are booked each way, yet cheaper than total round trip options offered by others ...and just as good or better service.
5 ★ I enjoyed 2 rides with Blacklane in New York City. The drivers are very professional and will always update you on their location. When you arrive at the airport from a flight, Blacklane is already there and waiting. This is the best car service I have ever used. NO MORE Uber or Lyft. I will pay for the experience of Blacklane.
