1 ★ I would love to be able to use it, but for the last four days I can't get past the first screen. It asks to enter my school name, I do so, and the error "there seems to be a problem on our end, please try again later" appears. I've been trying several times a day for four days now, and every single time the same error.
4 ★ Enjoy using it. It has a simple interface that allows for ease of use for first timers. I'd like them to make watching of videos easier on mobile phones. Great job and Great tool for learning.
1 ★ Doesnt let me login when it's the same information. So so so frustrating. Always logs me out too and makes me check the box of "do not challenge this device for 7 days" but challenges it 3 times a day
5 ★ Makes school life a bit easier by having a user friendly interface that keeps my classes, lessons and deadlines just a click away. One click and I'm in rather than the whole school website log in.
1 ★ Since the update in May, there have been more bugs put into the app than taken out. I can't see my current grades. For the past 37 hours I get a message saying that the issue will be fixed and to check back later. It's later. When is the issue getting fixed?
1 ★ Very much irritated using this app. All the time we have to reconnect. Using only because there is no other option. Classes are conducting only in this app.
2 ★ I keep installing and reinstalling the app. I keep getting errors and it's always this message that says "it's an error from our side" etc... it's been 2 weeks
5 ★ This is a really great app for getting stuff done easier to post in DB, view grades, feedback, and upcoming assignments, everything in one simple app highly reccommended.
1 ★ Can you make the auto-fill password and username ? It's annoying you have to put credentials everytime. OR why don't you put my login saved so that i do not have to login again. Small fix to pay.
2 ★ I am unable to access to my blackboard account on mobile this has been a problem for a while. The error is "there seems to be an issue from our side". I contacted the support through the feedback option but still no response.
3 ★ Its buggy, especially during submissions. Please fix. Even lecturer stopped believing me. BB should be responsible for having a buggy app instead of my assignment marks.
3 ★ The user interface is not intuitive and just feels like a mobile browser for blackboard instead of a mobile port version of the blackboard.
1 ★ The mobile app has not been working for the last almost month, loading grades or any courses results in a red x appearing. I have contacted the developer, and have received no response.
4 ★ Great way to communicate with your professors and fellow classmates. It makes assignments and lessons easy to find and study. A few bugs with logging in every so often, and I never get emails from announcements. Other than that, it's wonderful.
5 ★ So far I have not had any issues. It comes in handy for when I am on the go and need to post a discussion board or reply to classmates
