Download the latest bk Group Mobile application, version 2.4, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Business app is developed by bk Group and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 2.4, 2.3.1, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Before using the APP, it is mandatory to register and assign the APP to a location. The registering process requires access to the bk.SC as well as a login. The bk Group ServiceCenter is a communication and information portal for bk Group customers.
The instruction manual for the registration process is available only for registered bk.SC users in the bk.SC. For further information please call your Project Manager.
After the registration, users can easily open tickets, attach pictures to the tickets, monitor the ticket workflow and ticket status.
Furthermore the APP enables the user to check when the next regular service technician visit is planned.
With 1 click on the “Call Us” button, the user will be connected via the 00800 toll free number directly with the customer’s personal bk Project Manager.
