Description
- Daily Squeeze -
The simple daily routine - customize how many kegels you want to do and their length. Then simple squeeze along with the Kat!
- Go Forever -
See how many Kegels you can manage in a row! The Kat will save your high score and you can even share your achievement with your social networks!
- Dance Dance -
This mode is where things really get fun! Join the Kitty disco and try and keep up with the Kat's crazy rhythm as you kegel along to the music. Earn points as you go and you can again share your best score with your friends!
Includes instructions and advice from a health care professional, up to 3 optional daily reminders, customizable speed settings and cute graphics :)

4 ★ I cant take this app sriousely and the reminders remind me once and un set them selves. And nothing grabs the kids attention like the phone meowing. Can we please choose our own music
5 ★ As a guy, I'd never use it in public - too pink and "cute" design. For a free & no ad app it deserves 6 stars for functionality. I like having both the visual and hepatic cues. And the dance mode is nice to give a variation from the standard reg pattern.
3 ★ This is a great concept. I always forget to do kegels and get bored and dont do enough when I do remember them. The problem is that this app only reminds you for one day and then stops. I need something to consistently remind me everyday. Fix the bug and its a 5 star app!
4 ★ Brilliant app. Ok...reminders need fixed, a better description of 'how to', for beginners is needed, but 'oh my!!' This app has already, 3 days on (10minutes in total)..made a huge difference. I thought it was an age & weight thing & to be expected...but its not!
1 ★ This app has terrible bugs in the reminders area I can't even get it to set the right time and I hate the annoying cat sound whenever notification comes that I can't turn off. people stick with Kegel trainer!!!
5 ★ I'm useless at remembering my kegels but they're so important to do. This app reminds you to do them but isn't annoying. The little cat is very cute and the adjustable work outs are brilliant. Highly recommend.
5 ★ Makes this dreaded but necessary excecise fun. Easy to stay focusedh) and even track some progress with the game. So cute and clever and definitely keeps me on track with the reminders - cute little "mew" with the reminder in the notification bar- perfectly done.
5 ★ The best-makes something boring fun. Makes you smile, seeing the cat scrunching up his face, and gets the job done. ( No idea if reminders work, they pretty much don't work for anything anymore with all the battery management things built into phones these days, plus I'm pretty sure Android made a change that makes reminders more difficult on insure. I wouldn't hold it against them, almost nothing with reminders works on my phoneanymore! For what it's worth.). Anyway,I really like this app, especially Dance Fever mode!
2 ★ This app is a neat idea, easy to use, and works, except one thing--the reminders don't work. Since the hardest part about kegels is remembering to do them, that's a big bummer in my book.
4 ★ I had another app and it was just not keeping my attention. I love how the Dance Option is like a game. Only sad the reminder keeps failing on me. But either way I already recommended the app to others.
5 ★ I downloaded this app during my first pregnancy in hopes it would help me do my kegals ( I always forgot bc I found them boring). This app is super fun and still really simple to use p. Love it!!!!!
2 ★ I love the cat but without reminders the app is totally pointless. On my previous phone I could always reset them but now nothing works. Please fix this!
4 ★ It's a great app but I hardly use it because the reminders need to be set daily and I forget. I can't even tell if this feature is different in the paid app, and don't want to pay for it if the reminders don't work. Please fix it :-)
4 ★ I like that you can customize the length of contractions and the rest in the daily squeeze and you can see it visually, although the color is kinda ugly. Alerts stopped working so I use another app for those. The dance is good for quick contractions.
5 ★ Great, simple app, very neat and easy to use. One thing it's missing though is tracking exercises you've done. I would absolutely pay for this app if it contained that. Thank you to creator!
