1 ★ After you make a deposit you won't be aple to log in. To your account... Haigly not recommend... I send request to fix the problem.. They said to me to open it in another device!!!!!even though I tried other devices and was keep showing Bad credentials!!!! Waste of time, waste of money... Regret for this experience!!!!

1 ★ It was working fine for a week and after recent update the app is crashing like whenever I login they want you to confirm the credentials through email, Once you click on the link received through email they will get you to browser and it works. After when you go back to the app to continue trading it says they have sent you the link. Cycyle continuous. Pathetic. Must be a technical error.

1 ★ Took my money and won't proceed with the withdrawal request. I've deposited money twice on the app with no problems and as soon as I wanted to withdraw (into the same bank account that I deposited from) they asked for proof of address which apps usually ask for while creating an account. Obviously had I known they would ask only when you withdraw your money I wouldn't have used their service. This is extremely shady behaviour to only request when withdrawing money but not When you deposit.

1 ★ Unable to login to the app. It asks for sending confirmation email which then opens within email browser and the app doesn't show up. So can't login! It's also hard to track PnL statements and track what crypto investments have made what result. Are they positive or negative is not indicated properly.

1 ★ Bitoasis really is not fit for purpose. 1. Deposit fee s are exorbitant 2. Transaction costs are ludicrous and way above market stand so it's impossible to make money 3. Withdrawals take 10 working days they charge a hefty fee to process 4. The app constantly crashes and unable to trade 5. Customer support is pretty much none existent. Closing the account and switching providers ASAP.

1 ★ Beaware they charge the transaction as cash advance, i ended up paying 700 extra as they suddenly changed the transaction from purchase to cash advance. Also the app is always crashing, graph will never appear and when they do they are with old data, order sometimes gets stuck and application crash askibg for id pwd again and again

3 ★ It's ok bcz I don't find a better app which supports AED. Few points you can focus or improve are - 1. ADCB Bank is not supported for adding funds. 2. Adding funds from credit card leads to cash withdrawal charges, also bank charges for debit card are pretty high. 3. Why can't we trade cross currency, even for stable coins cross trades not available. 4. Transfer to another wallet also shows glitch many times. Hope you guys focus on it, and improve and be much better.

2 ★ Real Time updates for coins like Ethereum is super slow. We need to refresh the page again and again which is very annoying. This issue has started only after the update. Overall a great app.

1 ★ Very slow customer service. I changed phone numbers so was not able to receive the OTP on my new number. It has been 3 days since I resubmitted all documents and still locked out of my account, with no clear feedback on when they will reply to me. Meanless generic emails recieved with basically no information.

5 ★ Best app I ever used. Customer support is 24hrs available to help. I had issues on withdrawal and Customer support assistance was 💯% . They even had to call my line just to help solve my issues. This is an app I recommend everyone to use. It's very user friendly and the most important is the availability of the customer support.

4 ★ Overall is great. I just have an issue when I sign in. The email confirmation does not allow me to log in from the app. I have to use browser instead. They charge a 2.1% fee when buying with a credit card which I wish that could be lower. Other than those two comments I think it's a great app. Thanks

2 ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I have not been able to withdraw my funds or crypto assets for the past 2 weeks now, I have contacted the support team multiple times via multiple methods that is Whatsapp, email and live chat but they keep finding excuses and not resolve my case. It used to be a good application but lately I would not recommend it to a friend considering all the issues that are arising.

1 ★ Terrible experience. Literally All my cryptos & Fiat amounts are stuck in the App! I can't withdraw cryptos nor currencies, can't transfer from wallet to another wallet or platform. I can't deposit or transfer to bank account or debit/ credit cards!! NOTHING! I've contacted the support team through emails, WhatsApp, FB messenger, Twitter chat, Instagram!! ALSO NOTHING. All I get to receive is apologies and requests for patience without providing alternative solutions or time-frames. Easy 1/5

2 ★ Good to have a trust worthy platform in the UAE to start with. We need access to lots of crypto. Also, the screen rates are different than actual trade rate eg. BTC @ 158k display price but actually it is 16,1.5k for purchase. Need more data on existing coins like sorting by volume, price, loss, gains purchase price and current price change% etc. See wazirx coindcx Indian app.

5 ★ The app is really well done, lean and clear to use. Now with the introduction of the dark mode, it feels even easier on the eyes. Really good trading portal that I have been using for a while, and looking for much more to come.
