1 ★ unprofessional drivers and processes, I am traveling from kanyakumari to Bangalore with PNR 39963531 with my 6 yrs child for which I did not take the ticket as we did not wanted an extra seat. driver asked me to pay half ticket for the same, which is fair. my ticket cost was 950 and I was ready to pay 500 rs, but he demanded to pay 1000 as the current cost of the ticket is 1850. I paid 1000 rs but did not get the receipt. There is no facility to raise a complaint through app
1 ★ We booked a trip from Kanyakumari to Bangalore on the 29dec and this has been one of the worst experiences ever with SRS Travels.The ticket doesn't even mention a proper pickup point for Kanyakumari.When we called your support team,they were clueless no idea about the pickup point or the driver number. And you sent driver's details via WhatsApp at 4:42 PM when the bus is supposed to leave before 4:30 PM. How is that acceptable?The driver’s behavior was appalling rude and language space notthere
