Description
It is a civic model that provides the active involvement of citizens in the management of the municipality and that allows you to see the progress, monitor and be notified of all the states of occurrence.
The BIR allows communication to be performed simply and quickly, georeferencing the occurrence and allowing sending photographic record, then the answer to competing services of the Municipality of Caldas da Rainha.
Functionalities:
- Attend events in public space within the territory of the municipality of Caldas da Rainha. The investments are made in a simple four-step system (user identification | categorization of the situation | location | image send);
