Beantech Watch 2.0.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to access extra location provider commands.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

1 ★ Same as the other reviews. Worked once now everytime I start the app it immediately closes. The watch is useless without the software. Boxing it up and shipping it back. Sorry to have to post this but it is what it is.
1 ★ It won't allow my phone to download. It keeps buffering. Nothing else. I need to sync my phone with my watch.
5 ★ For all the reviewer returning this watch be dilligent! On android if you download the app from Beantechs website it wont crash!! Get the apk off their website and it will work fine!
2 ★ I purchased a new phone and I can't for some reason open up the app on my new phone a lock me out of my watch and the website help she make it easier to have a reset a reset button to access to get into your account
