1 ★ Frequently fails to connect, becoming unusable.
1 ★ Bus timings and visibility are innaccurate. Very unreliable. And frankly, app design and function are archaic, and in need of major redesign. Would give 0 stars if I could.
1 ★ As their site app is also designed by ultraintelligrnt person. schedule is never up to date. App designer thinks because he/she is familiar with schedule so everybody else. somehow app is better than site.
1 ★ Estimated times are useless and defunct, buses are sometimes not there and sometimes don't correspond to the map. Unreliable
