3 ★ There are good things about the app when it works. The bad are very annoying though. The shopping list doesn't always show everything I've added. The app doesn't always load. The navigation could be better. The club card doesn't work right. Coupons don't always work right. Hopefully a major update will come soon. I go to foodtown regularly and would love to use this app more effectively.

1 ★ The app was fine until it wasn't. I clip digital coupons, but when I buy the products, the coupons don't transfer to my Food Town card, and the store refuses, point blank, to honor them. I have asked the app developers to fix it but so far nothing has changed. Therefore the app is worse than worthless: it's a bait and switch.
4 ★ I'm just starting to use the App but I initially had an issue with my club card working. I got extremely fast help through email. If you are having any issues just email them, the customer service is excellent.

4 ★ When you register the club card Number use the 12 digits by the Bar code on the back.Then it Works very well.

2 ★ I only installed it this afternoon, and it has already crashed twice on me. Plus, as you scroll through the circular items, it constantly refreshes and pops back to the top, making it impossible see the whole list. If these bugs get fixed, I'll give it a higher rating.
2 ★ Very slow, waste of time but did got one thing right
1 ★ U need a sales listing similar to those used by other stores like Key Foods, Shoprite, Stop and Shop, etc. The special Internet coupons are horrible for those of us who aren't connected to a cell phone. H o wver, Food town's emails are a waste of time.
1 ★ Looking for cranberry sauce. Got one off brand.
5 ★ I have been a loyal Foodtown customer since 1989,at the age of 12 when the one in Hamilton Township New Jersey was opened.
