Request for email, phone or video consultation online (charges apply).
Browse health check packages that we offer and buy online.
Upload and manage your family health records.

App permissions
Artemis PHR 2.3.70 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

1 ★ Doesn't send me the OTP. Tried about a 100 times. Tried after a couple of hours. It still wasn't working. Tried reinstalling. Still no luck. One lousy app :(
1 ★ This app solves for nothing, not sure why they made it. Seems like just another diversion for the queries that they receive, since they don't believe in solving them.
1 ★ Not able to make appointment thru the app. Every time I try to make appointment, it deducts payment but doesn't move forward to confirmation page. Had reported this to Artemis hospital and app team but the issue is not resolved in more than 6 months. Poor 😞app management
1 ★ The home care service is pathetic..i called them on Saturday on given number in app and they said they will call back.later they didn't even bothered to call. If you can't provide services then better do not mention such service in the app. Pathetic home care service.
4 ★ This is a perfect apps for all purpose of patient related. But i have a big problem again and again in my login app.when i was checked my whole bill and downloads also, then the option of my billings are lost in sequences of menu.why? Please check it out why is find again and again. I am deleting & installing this app again and again, but not solved this.
1 ★ One of the worst app i have ever used in my life....book appointment using app....paid using net banking payment done but not redirected to doctor checkin page....complaint the same to hospital...but till now i dont get my refund
1 ★ OTP Not coming on my mobile number. I have 3 mobile numbers in my house on 1st mob OTP is coming but on other 2 OTP is coming all are same network. Artemis hospital fault unable to login
1 ★ After registering one family member accidentally i removed it, when i was trying again to register, its not allowing ne to register, and also in my linked members option showing none. Please help i need to book an appointment soon for my mother.

1 ★ Worst service any hospital cn give..app is horrible..first they give u an appointment then they will make u wait for an hour in billing process ,even when staff is free and busy in gossiping..then they'll tell u come tomorrow doctors opd timing is over

3 ★ Hi Support Team, In application Report Download not working. Just showing message that "Download Started". But in actual not downloded. Kindly help in resolution, so that we can download and share it with my Family doctors.
1 ★ On my request current entries updated, but on the same app all the previous reports datas of my -self and my wife shanti soni disappeared so now I am more worried what has been done and what I wanted. Requested please solve out my problem I am admitted in 3rd floot kovid ward. Thanks, I am hopefully waiting in your response.
