This method makes it easy for customers to monitor their queue numbers in real time, without the need to be physically present in the queue room. AntriApp gives your customers the opportunity to stop by another place first like just drinking coffee first or taking a walk around the queue location while still knowing when the estimated queue number is called. This gives your customers peace of mind because they can monitor their queue numbers without worrying about being missed by just their smartphone. Your customers will also get a notification when the queue number is about to be called. So let your customers can relax and enjoy their coffee while waiting in line.
AntriApp consists of 2 apps, for admin and user. Admin for queuing places, such as clinics, offices, schools etc. User version for the bride. The initial stage the user must register to the admin first online. After the admin agrees, the user is ready to take the queue ticket.
How to use ?
• Download apps and register using a Google account.
• Fill out your profile completely, to make it easier for your customers to register
• Add members for your customers who are offline / without Smartphone
• Add queues to queues manually.
• Share AntriApp for your customers who use Android
• Requests from the customer's Android as a new member will display a notification
• Add a member number and approve your customer's request
• Now your customers can retrieve the queue number via Android mobile
