3 ★ It's pretty difficult to use and navigate, and it's kind of confusing. To search for stuff in the store, you have to go to your lists, click on one of your lists, press a "plus" button to add things, THEN search. Frankly, Wal-Mart has a better app than this. The homescreen is the easiest thing to understand, and it's still a little confusing. The app could be quite a bit more navigable. It feels like they just programmed the most basic app they possibly could to save money on an app dev.
1 ★ App does not work!! For optimal performance, the developers really need to fix the bugs and update the system. I have been losing rewards due to the inability to use the app. I recently received a 25x points and can only use it through the app which continues to freeze, and crash every time I try to open the app. I have sent feedback reports several times already!! Off to Walmart I go!!
1 ★ Unbelievable! You somehow managed to take a screwed up app and made it worse! You finally got the list working so you felt you had to turn your attention to the rewards (that by the way, was working fine). Now the only way I can get the mystery bonus is to call corporate and wait on hold for an hour. Where do you find your developers, middle school? I can only assume that for some reason you are trying to drive away your loyal customers. Well congratulations, it worked!
5 ★ So far I've really enjoyed using the app, and it's relatively easy to use. Although I will say I wish they would sort of explain that you just have to press the bonus points for it to work and don't have to do anything at checkout. This app actually makes shopping seem rewarding, and since I shop at Winn Dixie just about everyday it makes it more worth it. I haven't experience any issues when using it and overall recommend it to regular shoppers as you gain points that you can use later on.
1 ★ I downloaded the app and began the sign up process. After filling in the boxes, I hit submit and nothing. It won't submit. Starting over isn't helping. When signing up is obviously impossible, using the app probably won't be helpful either. Considering yesterday the rating was 4.0 & today a 3.9, that tells me I'm not the only one having a bad experience.
1 ★ Another month goes by and we get the same old BS, never a fix for the app always an excuse. App keeps freezing/crashing. Crash Crash Crash Crash. Never had this problem with any other app. All my other apps work perfectly. They don't care. Screw you Winn Dixie. You get zero loyalty from me any more. I'll go out of my way to shop elsewhere unless I see a bargain in the meat department nobody else can match.
1 ★ Cannot get the app to stay open keeps freezing up and shutting off. I'm done with this App. I have sent report after report and still can't get on it. Even with the updates. Either fix the problem or delete your App cause it's a waste of time and space on my phone!!!! Want better reviews then Fix the problem with your App!!! Makes it easier? No!! Just aggravate the tar outta ya...
1 ★ If I could past step 3 of 3 for registering, this app might get a higher rating. Until such time, however, one star it is. Side note, I'm not really surprised. When the WD app was first unveiled years ago, it didn't work well. Consistent, if nothing else.
1 ★ Been using this app for years. Worked fine until this update. Now suddenly my phone number and email are saying "invalid" and I can't sign into my rewards account. I need this fixed. I spend all my grocery dollars at Winn Dixie so I can get rewards and savings. Now I can't even get my rewards bonus. Please help me. Edit: issue still exists.
4 ★ ** Changed rating. Magically started working. ** Loved it before I updated... Now it won't recognize my email nor my phone number. It's extremely frustrating that I am now unable to login. I only updated because the ad wouldn't load. I have gone online trying to put in my email and my phone number instead of using my phone, o no avail. I have even called the number listed in some of the comments below of others complaints, to find that they don't even have my phone number registered.
2 ★ I like the features and coupons and savings, great concept but the app crashes and freezes constantly. Can't keep it open and running longer than 15 seconds at a time if I'm lucky. Makes it virtually impossible to view your available coupons while shopping at the store and I can never scan my mystery bonuses because when you try to open them it just crashes immediately. Terrible functioning app, it would be amazing if they could fix this huge problem.
1 ★ pitiful. seems to never work. i have to tell my phone number to the clerk inorder to get my points and discounts. PLEASE MAKE THE "IT" PEOPLE MAKE one that is as easy as using the card. after the apt in on my phone it should be that i just touch it and the bar code comes up for the clerk to scan. that would be nice. As a result i am doing a lot less shopping at Winn Dixie.
3 ★ Pros: I've saved over $25 at the pump multiple times using my points if this app. Very easy to use. Con: My only complaint is that the surprise mystery bonus points no longer works in my app. It is an inconvenience to have to call customer service every time to redeem the 20X or 25X the points.
3 ★ One thing I do not like is the info bar has been taken off the website for viewing the weekly circular ,and now there's no way to check the prices of items not listed in the circular .Some of us purchase a lot of items in one monthly trip to W/D and need to be able to inquire about all the prices via the internet ,before going to the store to be able to buy all that is possible on the total budget .Thank You Good Day.
1 ★ This app is totally worthless ! Even though it worked wonderfully a year ago, The IT people who updated it must be MORONS! ( FLORI-DUH ) Now, It keeps asking you to sign in every time, (as if it was the first time all over again, and once you do, after 20 seconds, it says "the app has stopped working " ! NOT WORTH MY TIME AT ALL ! F$!#& The PUBLIX App NEVER gave me a problem in the 11 years ! And, I'm a computer programmer ! Perhaps they should hire me, I'll fix it, no problem!
