The company officer assigns vehicles and drivers to travel requests and arrives by means of the application of the driver who is assigned with the relevant request details.

· Travel date

· Name, surname and telephone information of the travel claimant

 

The driver starts the journey when he receives the relevant travel claimant from the starting point. With location services, the route tracked by the driver can be tracked by the company authority in the admin role. When it reaches the end point, the driver chooses to complete the journey and optionally adds travel costs. If the company official asks for expenses incurred by the driver himself or herself, he / she may add the relevant student after the journey is completed. A travel cost is incurred, along with the cost of travel related to the mileage the driver has recorded during the journey. The company official finally closes the travel request and the transaction is completed for the relevant request.
